Mat was an excellent help, worked long hours, never complained about something not being right, and only had solutions , not problems. Got the wife, computers, phones and printers all sorted and left the place neat and tidy! Much appreciated, The Rural Vet Clinic

We switched to Yo Telecom in June 2024 after being promised improved WiFi coverage across our holiday complex. Unfortunately, since day one, both we and our guests have experienced ongoing connection problems, unreliable service, and poor upload/download speeds.

Over the last two years, numerous engineers have attended the site, but there has never seemed to be any continuity or real understanding of the ongoing issues. It appears YO Telecom struggles to retain engineers and support staff, which has significantly affected customer service and prevented problems from ever being properly resolved.

We have now been told that we need to pay extra for additional equipment to improve coverage, despite these issues existing from the very start of the contract. We feel this is completely unacceptable given the promises made before we signed up.

The unreliable service has resulted in negative feedback and reviews from guests staying at our holiday complex, which directly damages our business and reputation.

In all honesty, we regret switching to YO Telecom and committing to such a long contract.

Darren was very helpful and informative when setting up our new system. I would definitely recommend!

They have charged us for new servers and computers however, every few weeks the system shuts us out - we are a dental practice who cannot have this going on as all our patient details are on softwares which we cannot access even after getting everything redone from them a couple of times!
