Regarding a broadband circuit that Firstcom recently installed - Carly was responsive around the installation and kept us fully updated round it's progress. Outside of Firstcom's control there was a fault with this particular circuit and by email Carly was able to sort this out with no fuss and handled everything great. We are up and running now and pleased to say received great customer service from Carly - keep up the good work.

Great service from initial quote to install. Charlotte Murphy was so so helpful and communication between us and Firstcom was great. It's so nice to be able to be in contact with a human and not a bot. Callum completed the installation and was very helpful and there was no disruption at all. Callum gave full training on the day of installation too.

Charlie C always answers my queries quickly and I can confidently say the experience was excellent from start to finish. Charlie was professional, approachable, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain everything and make sure I understood the options available.
Communication was always prompt and clear, and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. Charlie made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free, which really stood out.

Callam from firstcom visitied our work premises today for a new phone install. He kindly downloaded all the apps we required and very patiently taught us how to use each feature. All in all, everything went smoothly, and we cant thank him enough for all his hard work.

We've been with Firstcom for a while already, but just had our lines switched to a cloud system through them. The process from start to finish was smooth, well run and personalised directly for us.
John Y organised for the work to be undertaken and kept us in the loop.
We then had Bethany B who oversaw the provisioning of the cabling and phones for the install and stayed in touch with us throughout (and after the install) to make sure everything was to the expected standard. On top of this, Bethany then organised for further training for our staff to ensure we were all comfortable with the new phones that were installed, which was extremely well received.
We had Stewart come in to give us further training and to sort out a few call-flow issues we had. The training was fantastic and personalised to our business needs. He took the time to train both myself and then separately the receptionist to ensure we were both confident with the new system.
From start to finish, we had a great experience with Firstcom. Highly personalised, professional and value for money. Much better experience than some of the big corporations, where we've sometimes spent over a month waiting for a response to simple queries!
