I recently spoke with Nigel W as I needed help splitting my WiFi into two separate bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz) so I could connect a baby monitor. Nigel was extremely helpful over the phone and took the time to clearly explain the process. He also sent step-by-step instructions to guide me through it afterwards, which made everything much easier to follow.
What really stood out was that Nigel took the time to follow up and ensure I had successfully completed everything. His support was professional, patient, and genuinely appreciated. Excellent customer service throughout.

Having come from a career (non-technical) in the Telecoms industry up to retirement I know what makes good customer service.

Just signed up to FibreNest. Both customer service representatives I have dealt with have been really helpful, thorough and pleasant.
They have helped me with setting up my account and direct debit as well as activation on the move in day.

I am satisfied at this point in the contract. I find the service good at this point with expected speed. Cost is higher than a lot of companies, however they have not raised cost from April 1st so this is a good outcome within contract.

Called up with a problem with my Internet and spoke to Sam in the customer service team. He checked everything on his end, and found out the problem was most likely on my side. He gave me some great advice on how to fix it, I followed his advice and solved the problem.

The activation took longer than he expected. He left instructions to complete the setup, but just as he left the activation completed so he returned and talked me through the final setup.
He is a credit to your organisation, thankyou.
