Our Fibre Nest service is down yet again today, after already being down all day on the 14th of April and all day on the 18th of March as well. It is unreliable, expensive and unacceptable given that the company have a monopoly on broadband on our Persimmon site. I’m not surprised at the poor service given it is endorsed by Persimmon and I could not recommend either company to anyone under any circumstances.
The internet often goes down for minutes at a time as well and if you contact customer services, you generally get a reply a few days later telling you to turn the router off for 20 minutes, which doesn’t resolve the issue. Stressful to deal with in every way.

All they offer is an email telling us that the site is down and that they are investigating. Hours later still no internet and no real updates. It’s an utter disgrace. Not to mention they charge a fortune. This should be illegal to not allow the choice from other providers. What am I paying for?!

Jonathan Cale responded very promptly to my reporting of difficulty in accessing the British Gas website and commented that I was not the first FibreNest customer to have shared a similar experience. He explained what was a technical interface issue with the British Gas website and how FIbreNest had already alerted British Gas to the issue. He provided a plain English summary for me to email on to British Gas and I am awaiting their response. As a Customer Support Specialist he did his job efficiently and politely. What a contrast to his British Gas opposite numbers!

Forced to use provider , over the normal cost , pre-meditated daylight robbery. The only positive part of the entire experience was pre installation. Not impressed at all

Monopoly company that assumes you will use them because they are your only option.
Fortunately, if you look you will know that they are not your only option.
Scandalous prices. Had to send the "we assume you will use us" equipment too.
