I found FDM solicitors from a Google search and I was dealing with Gabriella in 2023 who was amazing! Then my case was being dealt with by Eisha Alvi in 2024. Service plummeted to 1 star service. She was terrible!! She stopped dealing with my case and didn't even tell me. I was emailing her and calling for 4 months at a time when the council was being difficult, and she did not reply to me. I sent emails for 4 months, and called and left messages for Eisha, and she did not return my emails and calls. She only told me what was happening when my call got put through to her. She didn't know it was me. Her explanation could have been emailed to me so that I could find new representation, but a solicitor who ghosts you CANNOT get 5 stars. Gabriella got 5 stars, but not Eisha. I thought she had stopped working there. I had to report her to the SRA. AWFUL service from Eisha Alvi, request a different solicitor who will let you know what is happening with your case. Date of Experience: November 2024

I’ve had a beautiful experience with FDM solicitors, they were attentive and caring through the all process, also they engaged with me at all levels text message, phone calls, emails and letters. Elaise she is great, she knows a job well and communication was constantly flowing, James was also amazing and communication with him was also great, even the receptionist was lovely too. I never had the need to chase after them because the communication was amazing. Great experience. I with all my honesty recommend FDM solicitors to anyone who are going through any housing association, council and so forth disrepair in your accommodation, this solicitors are there for you as they’ve helped me. Please go for it is our right to get the repairs services we need and live happily on our homes, specially damp and much more, because sometimes Landlords do not respond to our needs. But there is help. They’ve helped me so they can help you too.
