Excellent service: he was first of tour agents to actually help. All others were hopeless.

I have been trying repeatedly trying to transfer a stock. What should of been simple has been an ordeal. Their staff does not appear to have the knowledge they need to break down a premium. When asked repeatedly to speak with someone who can give me a breakdown of fees I was either given non-answers or there was an attempt to redirect. This happened on two separate occasions, my tone the entire time was polite, firm and professional. Two separate times, same results. Take your money elsewhere.

Why does Equiniti have the country of address wrong ?
And I cannot get it changed on-line or by telephone to them.

A general observation regarding call pick-up times is that I had a long wait of around 40 minutes before I was connected to a member of the team.

M A Deena went out of her way to help me - she could tell I was struggling with the terminology as I struggled to sell my later father shares. She repeated herslf multiple times until I understood what I needed to do. She helped me identify the missing share certificates and, and this was the amazing bit,rang me back when we got cut off. I am very grateful for her help.

Spoke to VANI TAMIZH and asked for her help to register my bank details. She was so kind and patient and helped me work my way slowly and carefully throughout the whole procedure. Without out her, I would not have managed as my technology skills are not great.

A very helpful assistant but a challenge to hear/understand due to her being in India.

Once I eventually got speaking to an adviser, it could not have been easier. My computer skills are not the best but Aldi my advisor talked me through the process to answer my query with much patience and polite manner.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and patient. She guided me through the process to gain online access, as I had locked myself out and she answered all my questions. She was very professional.
