Communication was excellent and technition was on time. Very professional he was able to repair the fault on his first visit.
I believe that he acted over and above as our apartment is difficult to find so i left instructions to phone me. My phone was not picking calls up he rang twice and the office rang three times. I would have understood if they had turned back. He did find me and still arrived on time. I call that a first class service. Thank you very much.
