MOULDY CUSHIONS!!!
Bought 2 cushions via Etsy. Both arrived yesterday with an awful mouldy smell!! They stink. Have contacted customer service to advise to which they have said I can return but they won’t pay for the return label! I have already paid for the delivery of 2 mouldy cushions and now I am expected to pay for the return!!! They have advised the quality check would have checked this… obviously not. I have given you the option to come and visit my home and smell these cushions yourself. Such poor customer service so disappointed in your company. I do not want mouldy cushions on my sofa and around my children!!!
UPDATE- the company has now blocked me from their Social media accounts for raising concerns over their mouldy products.
Safety of your staff? Can you please tell me when and provide evidence to support where this has been breached? I will exercise my consumer rights as I suggest you do if you have any evidence to show this I challenge you to provide. How about you instead look into the safety of your customers when you are selling MOUDLY cushions? I have 2 young children in my home and you think this is acceptable? I have reached out and social media to state you will not rectify the problem with the mouldy cushions as you have managed to find a loop hole by saying I am dissatisfied! I am disgusted that you have sent mouldy cushions out that’s what I am. And you have now blocked me for raising these concerns. At what point is this harassment? I have never known anything like this from a company whose CEO will be making millions of off mouldy cushions.
I messaged the CEO of the company to address the issue regarding the mouldy cushions as you blocked me for raising this concern. If you had handled the issue correctly this would not have been needed but you left me no choice other than to try the reach the CEO of the company for some assistance with the problem. Disgusting. I would really appreciate you taking accountability and contacting me direct. But you won’t.

If we believe the safety or wellbeing of our staff continues to be breached, we will not hesitate to escalate the matter further.
Further to your updated review, we would like to clarify that no mouldy cushions were sent to you. We take matters of product quality and customer satisfaction extremely seriously, and we want to reassure both you and our other customers that this is not the case.
Additionally, we must address that you have reached out to members of our staff personally and commented on their social media accounts. This behaviour is inappropriate and will not be tolerated. We will be taking further action regarding this matter to ensure the wellbeing and privacy of our team.

LIE TO CUSTOMERS - POLYESTER CHEAP COVERS
The quality is really cheap, and they lie in their descriptions. None of the materials are actually 100% cotton, I took them to an actual accredited store who could check the fabric and confirmed it was polyester. STOP lying to your customers and get trained in customer services pls
