I bought two cushion covers from Ellenvale Interiors on 28 November as a Christmas gift. They were only opened after Christmas, when it turned out they were too big. The covers are unused and in perfect condition, but the company has refused to exchange them because they say I am outside their 14-day return period.
I’m not asking for a refund — just an exchange for the correct size — which I think is a very reasonable request for a Christmas purchase.
What makes this especially frustrating is that the company publicly stated in December that they “never want a customer to feel let down or out of pocket.” Sadly, that is exactly how this situation has left me.
A small amount of flexibility and customer care would have gone a long way here.

I love my Mulberry Cushion set from Ellenvale! I had an issue with my first order being mishandled by Royal Mail and I never received it. The company was very understanding when it came to my frustrations and sent another set just in time for Christmas. I’m very grateful and the cushions are beautiful and look great on my sofa. I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks EllenVale :)

Pillows were absolutely gorgeous..looks very lovely on my bed and the quality is great.. good customer service well packaged and looks just like the pictures . Love the pillows would definitely recommend

Beatifull quality

I am obsessed with 4/5 of my cushions, hence the star rating. The one I loved online was disappointingly the cushion that felt least luxury in my haul which was disappointing. Also placed my order, a day later there was a sale and my items had not yet been dispatched, emailed to ask if I could be reimbursed the sale price as I ordered less than 24 hours prior. Unfortunately my request was denied. Perhaps would’ve been more inclined to shop again if customer service was better.

Fast postage and the cushions are incredible quality. Really pleased with the sale price too!

Very disappointed ordered the Indian cream striped cushions and they turned out to be more of a beige( tea stained colour) Not the colour I was expecting.
They also arrived in a box loose and not wrapped for protection and had a strong musky smell. Returned them and had to pay the p&p for delivery and return so very costly. Will not be using this retailer again
