I have spent 5 years building a business where people trust in me and the quality of products and service they receive.
I'd like to think most people will focus on the 200+ 5 star reviews I've had about my products and service, so I would encourage everyone to take a look at those.
As previously explained, I have followed my returns policy, which is in line with consumer rights. I will happily refund the item you are not happy with when it is returned to me, as explained in previous communications. You are not entitled to my flexibility, particularly when you have been so aggressive and rude in your communications with me.
Anyone reading this with any concerns about my returns policy please do contact me and I will fully clarify these.

Maybe misleading advert
Disappointed as they state 2 which turns out is the size not 2 little birds as I thought. So with postage over £5, 1 little very fragile bird costs nearly £12
