The choice of products is what first attracted me to this brand. There’s nothing like them on the high street or you need to pay an absolute fortune from Etsy. The three different styles of cushion covers Ive chose fit elegantly into my bedroom and when the products arrived the quality was far better than I expected. The sizes are accurate and fitted my 6 cushions perfectly. Will definitely buy from you again as they are great value for money considering they were exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price. Arrived promptly and packaged well. Very happy customer.

LOVE my cushions from Ellenvale. I have five now - three cover-only and two with a cushion pad - and the quality is excellent. Love that you can easily just buy a cover so the cushion pads I already have can be reused. I love the designs and I especially love the suggested pairings on the site. My sofa looks so sofisticated now! 😁 Also dispatch and delivery were super quick!

Expensive returns delivery (you pay…
Expensive returns delivery (you pay both ways which is a bit of a shame). Can’t return sale items, also a bit of a shame as it’s not easy to tell online if you’ll like something so I’m about £30 down in non return items. I knew I couldn’t return beforehand and risked it - shouldn’t have. Linen covers don’t have zips which I wasn’t aware of and am not a fan of (customer services did explain once I raised it but would be good for it to be explained on listing. Not yet received refund but returned on Saturday so a bit slow on that front too. Bit disappointed all round - found that all items looked better online than in real life. Quick delivery though and good communication as positives.

As a small business, we do our best to keep our prices competitive while maintaining the quality and service our customers expect. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cover return postage costs, especially for larger parcels, as this would significantly impact our ability to offer fair pricing across our range. However, we do provide a dedicated returns portal to help simplify the process and absorb part of the cost on behalf of our customers.
Refunds are processed promptly once items reach our warehouse, but there can sometimes be a short delay depending on courier delivery times. Please rest assured this is being handled as quickly as possible and always within 48 hours of landing in our warehouse.
We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the delivery speed and communication, and we truly appreciate your support of our small business.
