Ordered yet another company car through DVS, what was Pendragon.
Jared was golden dealing with my many varied enquiries for optional items and kept me up to date through the lengthy shipping from China.
Jodie in tax was a superstar sorting out the transfer of my cherished plate

Lindsey and Shanigh were both very helpful from the application stage through to vehicle delivery. I had initially ordered a vehicle but changed my mind after test-driving several cars, and they were happy to accommodate the change. As this was my first time getting a car through a salary sacrifice scheme, their support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service and highly recommended!

From the start of the process everything was dealt with in a timely fashion throughout. Special mention goes to Shanigh who was on hand every step of the way. From communicating my initial delayed delivery due in Jan 2027 but eventually being delivery early Oct 2026. This resulted in a quick and painless experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Actual delivery was on time (am delivery slot chosen) and Paul was very patient whilst going through all the details. Would recommend to friends and family...Keep up the good work!!

Great service from start to finish, easy ordering and time frame once ordered to delivery couldn't have been smoother. Jared who dealt with my request was so helpful i couldn't thank him enough.

Dealt with mainly Shanigh and Lindsey for part of the process, both were extremely helpful especially Shanigh who was on it with sending over options and availability of cars I was looking at. Even a couple of days before handover Shanigh called me and made sure everything was in place. She's always on hand to help if needed.

I got my new car through Driveway Solutions on a salary sacrifice scheme and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

I was car-less and desperate to get my new car, so I sent quite a few messages asking for updates on the delivery date! Not once did they make me feel like I was being a pain - they were always friendly, patient and happy to help.

My car has now arrived and I absolutely LOVE it! The after-sales service has been just as good too.

I have been working with Leanne from fleet over the last month or so.
I would like to tell you how good Leanne is in her job.
Fast at responding to emails.
Issues we have with our vans she will help us all the way until AA or another company need to take over.
Always checks in weekly when i have vans still on hire, and they are taking ages, will copy me in so we know where we are with the vans.
Nothing is to much.
Really good at customer service is unbelievable.
This is not just today this is Leanne every time we deal with her.

I can't recommend Driveway Vehicle Solutions highly enough. From my initial enquiry through to receiving the vehicle, the service was outstanding. The team were knowledgeable, helpful, and always available when I needed advice or an update.

I recently took delivery of my Alpine A290, the car turned up earlier than expected and I absolutely love the car and I have no complaints regarding the delivery. However the customer experience fell short of what I expected.

Firstly, the wrong specification of the car was nearly ordered and I had to clarify the correct specification.

Secondly, I also requested that my private registration was put of the car for delivery, however this didn't happen. I got a nominee put on my retention as requested and sent a copy through to the specialist that was dealing with my enquiry and asked her to confirm that she had received the document and she replied confirming she had received it. A few weeks later I got an email saying the car was ready for delivery which was great but my private registration was not on the delivery confirmation. I thought this must have just been a mistake and didn't think anything else of it. Then the car came with an age related plate on it and I asked why my private reg was not on the car and got a reply saying she never received my retention document and that she was on annual leave at the time. So this then meant I had to pay a £25 admin fee to get it put on, I am not too bothered about £25, it was more the inconvenience of having to chase this getting done after the car was delivered when it could have been done when it was registered.

Overall the experience was ok but could have been better.

Excellent all the way from order to handover. They were more than happy when we chased the car shipping which was understandably slightly delayed based on everything going on in the world!

All the Driveaway team were amazing incl Shanigh who finalised & arranged delivery.

Driver was professional, car was spotless on arrival with Mats already fitted.

Ordered my new car through Driveway and everything mostly went smoothly, Shanigh looked after everything when I wanted to swap my order to a different brand of car once I had already order. Car was delivered on time to my home.
