We decided to choose Donald Ross as reviewing various properties on the internet, theirs stood out and this combined with local knowledge and reputation made the decision easy. Tracey explained what services they offered and also covered the majority of my viewings (and there were quite a few) plus the team in their Irvine and Ayr offices were always on hand to help. After explaining some initial concerns on marketing in general, they reassured me that I was in expert hands and they certainly delivered that. Within a week we went to closing with multiple offers. Cannot thank them enough and would recommend thoroughly.

Donald ross are not necessarily the cheapest estate agents around in todays competitive market , however they provide a good service all the staff are very professional , fraser really knows the market and will get you the best price possible , I recommended them to my friend who was also very happy with the service provided , highly recommended .

Decided on Donald Ross after meeting with a few estate agents. Gavin Urquhart is a great first point of contact and is very knowledgeable about the valuation of your property and understands the local market. Few estate agents were tens of thousands out price wise from the final valuation by the surveyor.
We did have a few revisions of the property schedule due to spelling mistakes and incomplete sentences but these were rectified as was the omission of a cupboard in the floorplan.
We carried out the viewings. We were contacted via emails with appointment days and times and by phone when the Offer was received. Pleasant helpful staff.
Would use them again and recommend them too.
