I recently went to view a property with Tracey of Donald Ross, in Ardrossan.She was punctual,friendly and informative.This led to a quick offer being put in for the property and the sale will complete in a few weeks.Will be happy to sell or buy with them again.

We decided to use Donald Ross because of the very professional and helpful approach from Gavin Urquhart. He explained the process clearly and simply to a pair of elderly novices. All marketing procedures, including photography, were well handled, resulting in a very quick sale. One concern we had was about the short length of time allocated to each viewer.

I viewed a house last year in Kilwinning.I can’t remember the lady’s name, (apparently it was a different lady showing us about to who it was messaging us in the email) she was selling her friends partners house. We were interested but she was extremely pushy and saying if we wanted it we needed to put an offer in that night and actually told us what other people’s offers were which, I later found out you’re not allowed to do that. I ended up didn't put an offer in, and I also later found out that the house sold for a lot less than what the lady told me someone’s offer was for, so was blatant lies to try and get her friend more money. A few other estate agents have also done this and I will be reporting each and every one of them.

Excellent service received from Tracey. Tracey took all the stress from selling the property by organising every stage. She couldn't have helped any more or been any friendlier. We were delighted when the property sold within the first set of viewings with a seamless transition. We were also delighted with the selling price achieved as well. Can not recommend enough.
