They failed to deliver in an agreed time frame, honest is the best policy but up front from the start that will allow the customer to make the decision right for them rather than right for them. Customer should come first by being honest

I’ve just received my ADX Disc titanium and feel compelled to write a review. Firstly, the staff are brilliant which is so reassuring. Secondly, the bike. I had hoped that it would be good based on the superb website but I can honestly say that it is even better than I had expected. Quite simply, it is amazing!!!!

I gave Dolan my bike fit measurements and a spec of the Ares Carbon Disc Di2 that I wanted to buy. I have not ridden an Ares or even been to their shop to see one in person, so all was done via email. The choice of components and options was amazing, and they were even able to supply items not on their stock list. And the price was a big selling point. The bike they supplied has lived up to my highest expectations and is a pure dream to ride. Well done team.

I planned to but a titanium road bike. I had a bike size fitting with Dolan in November and was able to specify the groupset, saddle, wheels, crank length etc. The bike was duly delivered in January with a handy QR code for an instructional video explaining how to set the bike up. I waited a month for some decent weather but the bike is comfortable and rides smoothly.

have to say buying my Pre Cursa was great experience. I found the customisation option on the website really helpful and I feel like I’ve got a great quality build for the money.
Support has also been great so far. I had a query about my original order, and installing a break and it was refreshing to call up and talk to someone who could help straight away.

In short. Very satisfied and I can see why Dolan has its reputation.

Fantastic experience from everyone at Dolan bikes. From the first visit, just chatting about frames and components. The second trip for the bike fitting, well worth the insight into different measurements. And finally pick up day. No hard sell, just nice, informative people throughout the whole process. BTW the ADX titanium is great

Collected my Carbon Polini E Bike in September and having a Boardman and a Ribble the difference in performance is staggering = significantly more power and range and a pleasure to ride.

From the outset I want to let it be known that Terry & I have been “friends” for 50 years , but this is the first time he ever smiled at me ! Just collected my new winter ride ! Titanium Road Bike . I love it ! Super smooth and professionally put together with Shimano DI2 groupset. Whole process was enjoyable and humurous ! Would recommend his product to everyone.
It should feel good spending money ….. and it did !

Fantastic service from the team at Burscough after my GXC developed a small issue with the mudguard mounting. Fixed within the week and even replaced the bottom bracket and headset for a very reasonable cost.

Even got a small bottle of paint touch up in case of any future scratches!

I recently brought a bike from Dolan the process was very easy,I allways received a reply quickly John was happy to help with and question I had.

Ordered the Tuono Disk carbon through the cycle to work scheme, Seamless ordering process and first class communication from ordering to delivery, even got a call double checking stem and bar size which I had ticked and advised me on a different size after asking my height, glad they did. The bike arrived with DPD next day and I am honestly over the moon with it, A cracking looking bike and rides as well as it looks. Thank you

Second to none service from start to finish and even after sales check ups. Couldn’t have picked a better company to purchase my new bike from, I’m extremely happy with it. Full customization is great, I selected specific decal colours and I even asked to have specific tyres fitted which was no trouble what so ever.
In an industry with a lot of brand snobs, I can honestly stand firm and now ride my bike feeling just like a brand snob lol!! I have no issues having my bike around “the big boys”. This bike is the real deal! Anyone who thinks different and considers it not premium enough most likely need to upgrade their phys routine and not the bike. I’ll keep up and stay ahead of anyone on this bike 😉
Will absolutely be looking to get my partner her bike from Dolan in the near future.

The bike customisation and ordering process was great - super clear and efficient. My purchase process became pretty long and protracted due to Cyclescheme voucher delays. The Dolan team were very flexible and supportive and went out of their way to help at every stage. The bike itself is better than I expected, even with pretty high expectations. The quality seems very high for the price (by no means cheap, but reasonable compared to the market), and the build is good. I am delighted and would definitely buy from Dolan again in the future, would recommend them to anyone.

Good service from visiting the showroom, trying the bike I was interested in buying to ordering the bike with the spec I wanted. The bike was ready some 5 weeks later to collect, and the finish of it and construction was faultless.I have had numerous positive remarks about the bike from fellow cyclists and some have said they were impressed by the bike and would look at purchasing a bike in the future from Dolans. The bike is a joy to ride, comfortable, responsive,handles brilliantly and looks fantastic, especially in the candy red/ice white colour, although this is a custom colour option it was well worth the extra expense .

From the moment I contacted Dolan by email their communication was excellent. I had various questions regarding the specification that I needed and they gave me detailed feedback and advise.
I drove 300 miles to collect the bike and was extremely happy to collect it and see the quality and design of the specification.

The website for selecting the bike configuration options was very easy to use and the resulting
bike is of great quality and meets my requirements.
Andy was very helpful, knowledgeable and communicated well before, during and after I collected my bike from the Burscough showroom, which is immaculate and a shrine to beautiful bikes!

What a brilliant company with great customer service and their bikes are rather good too.
I came off my GXC and needed to get it checked out. They were brilliant kept me informed all the way through. I am so happy that I took it to the manufacturer rather than a local shop.
It was similar service when I 1st bought it so I can't praise them enough.

Finally got to use my Tuono on Tour Léman (Tour of Lake Geneva) 176km in a day.

Having bought bike in October 2023 I hadn’t used it until April 2024.
