Short-shipped Order
Ordered brackets and bolts. Order was shipped without the bolts and just the brackets - still charged full shipping. Would have been one star only for the fact the items received were of good quality, albeit useless without the fittings sourced elsewhere. If I pay to ship a full order I expect to receive a full order. Had no intention of leaving this review but B&Q have sent countless follow up auto emails requesting the order rated and reviewed, so here you are.

Tried to make several enquiries about our order but nobody answers phones left on hold endlessly when they eventually do. cancelled order 3 times and goods still arrived at house. Very bad service all round.

Poor Quality product
The product us easy to erect but unfortunately, not fit for purpose. It is not sturdy enough for even the slightest breeze. We used it during the recent heat wave but it just bent out of shape. The plastic connectors are inferior quality

Really terrible customer services
Really terrible customer services. No staff available. Or no staff with any willingness to assist or relevant knowledge available. This is why people just go to Amazon.
Range isn't great either.
Would avoid completely for their kitchen and bathroom refurbs. Rubbish from start to finish. Installers are dodgy too. Ikea do kitchens much better and you won't feel like you're being scammed

You will lost a few days in your life if you doing online ordering from B&Q with delivery. They doing mistake with wrong order delivery and or out of stock.
Twice did online order and both times was made wrong delivery gods!
First time out of stock, was refunded quickly.
Second time small part from full amount of packs , 3 from 7 and absolutely wrong different colour!
I was very disappointed with contact customer service too.

Fantastic customer service!
I had to return some of the items that I had purchased and when I contacted customer services, a lovely lady sorted out the collection and delivery of my return and delivery of a replacement with complete ease and convenience. A fantastic experience.

Terrible company
Terrible company, local store (Waterford) stocks nothing useful. 12mm Hardibackerboard? Nope! Pocyon lampshade? Nope! Most things home delivery only (at an extortionate delivery fee) or on their marketplace (again home delivery only). What is the point of opening a store if you don’t stock anything? I guess it’s off the Chadwick’s again. More expensive but more reliable. What happened to B and Q? Very poor.

Bought a egg chair arrived 2 weeks later on the 6 July. The chair was missing the end part so you can't even use the chair rang up customer service was told I will get a phone call back over 1 week later still no call it's clear b and q don't care for their customers as you can read from the reviews and how I was treated where is my refund or exchange
