I was not happy with all of the calling…
I was not happy with all of the calling back and forth between your office, myself and the car repair shop I had to do. It took 3 weeks to a month to finally get the “GO AHEAD” for repair. Im paying for the best service you guys have to offer....I EXPECT to be treated with the best service you guys have to offer! This was my first experience dealing with you all and I hope the next experience will be A LOT better.

My vehicle's a/c stopped functioning yesterday, so I took my car to my mechanic this the morning; the compressor needed to be replaced. My mechanic contacted Diamond to inform the company that a new compressor needed to be installed this morning, my claim has already been approved! I am more than satisfied with how quickly Diamond Warranty's representatives addressed my vehicle's situation; thank you Greg for your time and assistance.

Unacceptable experience
Unacceptable experience! Customer services representative where not welcoming and did not do a good job of explaining options to clients. It was apparent that the cheapest and fastest in how they would like to get your car handled, no matter the inconvenience to you.

I bought a 06 f250 and the dealer pages the warranty on me. I was reluctant but went ahead and purchased. It was the best decision ever in regards to this situation. Two weeks after I bought the truck the motor blew. I called the warranty company and they worked with my mechanic found a low mile motor with a warranty and shipped to us. They paid my mechanic directly and that was that. 5-6 months later the transmission went out!!! Once again they found allow mile tranny with warranty and sent to mechanic passing him directly. They have good customer service. The only thing is just be patient they have what seems like a small office and you will most times need to leave a voice mail and they will call back.
