Diamond Warranty has been the only warranty company that we have used for many years. While some companies may offer some warranties a little cheaper, we only use Diamond because of their customer service
for dealers. On the rare occasions when we had an issue, Diamond has always come through for us. They appreciate the quality of our product and we appreciate their helpful and courteous service. They have always gone above and beyond to help with any problem that we encountered.
We are a small used car dealership but feel that we receive the same professional consideration that Diamond Warranty would likely extend to their larger clients.

We are an independent used car lot we have been selling diamonds product for the last 2 years or so it's really been a great relationship I do have a few concerns like the shop rate they mostly come up to $75 per hour they also try hard from time to time for the shop not make any money on the part overall it's a great company even if it's a limited coverage to the plan they make exceptions as needed and put a case-by-case great guys as well, looking forward for a long and prosperous relationship for everybody involved

Poor custumer service
Poor custumer service, does not cover what is in the contract, and forces customer to use used old parts. Makes it really hard for mechanic to complete the job. Waist of money and time.

Our contracts are sold through new and independent dealerships nationwide. Sometimes, customers aren't sure what the coverage is or how best to use it. We would be happy to go over the coverage to make sure it was sold correctly and is the right fit for the vehicle. You shouldn't have experienced an issue with an "old part" being that we use the same parts suppliers that supply mechanical components to the majority of import and domestic vehicle brand and manufacturers.
