I ordered the tretinoin cream in March and they require you to set up a subscription to get the introductory offer. I work remotely and travel so I can't always predict what address I'll be at. They fill and ship orders without sending en email reminder a few days before to allow you to make changes before charging and shipping product. In today's day and age many people are digital nomads and a common strategy for many companies is to set up a subscription. It's a simple email automation to send an email out a few days before to remind customers and allow them to make a change before it happens. When I contacted the them immediately after receiving the email that my order was filled and shipped, they refused to refund the product saying I didn't manage my subscription. My point is that it's hard to remember subscriptions when so many companies these days require you to set them up. The other companies I use with subscriptions send me email reminders to give me a chance to change the date, address or extend the time if I still have product. With so many choices out there like Musely, Curology, Apostrophe etc I won't order from them again since they refused to refund and don't seem to understand that things change / come up over the course of months and a simple email automation reminder could avoid this. I would recommend any of the other skincare companies I mentioned as I have used their creams and they are just as good. Tretinoin cream is not a unique thing and when a company refuses to help you when they don't send out reminders there's no reason to stay. The also use usps first class mail and their cream takes longer than everyone else's to arrive.

The principle of the idea is great and simple enough to address skin concerns. I ended up not ordering as I got to the stage of payment without knowing what the composition of the formula I was getting was and therefore not good enough for me. Will never put anything in my face without knowing the ingredients list. Wish there was more clarity before purchasing.

I like the product, as so far is the only one that that has cleared my dark spots.

I am a Dermatica ambassador and have been since September 2023. My aging personalized formula has helped my skin stay clearer, brighter and diminished some of my fine lines. I rarely stick with a skincare product for this length of time but I no longer use any other retinoid products because my skin hasn't improved with them like it does with this product.

Well I love receiving this product!! We know their is science to support it. The billing system is great. My complexion has improved and I am a happy camper!

My new treatment caused me to break out in a rash around my mouth, the new formula had Hydroquinone in it- this is a common side effect. Dermatica took over a week to get back to me about this and then they refused to supply me with my old formula, just told me to use the normal route for another formula. i asked so many questions about how to adjust my formula back and they just left my questions unanswered. Really poor customer service.

Very attentive in responding to questions. Reasonably priced with good instructions on what to expect and what not to use for alternative creams. It’s good that we can push the next shipment which is very important to me. I don’t want an overload of product if I need to skip a day or too.
