It's a scam
It's a scam - good luck returning items! Ordered a 200 pound ceiling light and it came in a totally different colour and really cheaply made. Tried to return items and they offered 10% of the price to keep the item, or return the item and pay shipping to the USA (the only return warehouse apparently) which would cost another 70 pounds. Ridiculous! Should be sued!

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still no sign
Ordered 3 weeks ago and still no sign. They have sent a tracking number but the courier does not recognise it so I suspect it is just a made up number to keep me thinking that my order will arrive. They are surprisingly responsive on email, but just tell me the same thing each time "everything is fine, your order is coming" etc.

Stay well clear
Stay well clear, this is a fraudulent organization. After ordering I discovered that they were shipping from China. I gave clear written instructions to cancel the order, my email was acknowledged but then they shipped regardless. I can now not get my money back and am in dispute paypal to try and get a refund.

Scam company, avoid
Another scam company but this one is very cleverly designed. A UK web address with UK stock....well it is not UK stock and I am still waiting for my items weeks on now. All they can say is it is in transit and I must wait. They give you a fake DPD tracking number to make you think it has been shipped but it hasnt at all. Avoid this company at all costs, I have just lost over £300 and they are refusing to give my money back.

Ordered a wicker light shade from this supposedly uk company, arrived eight weeks later from china a totally different shade to the one ordered and I mean different, contacted company on live chat included photos of what I ordered and what they sent, reply was “what is wrong with the dress”! They have offered me a 20% refund and I can keep the piece of trash they have sent, this is a total scam do not take any notice of the US reviews total fabrication.
Don’t use this company unless you want to lose your money, please take note.

Scam, beware! Awful. I purchased some lamp shades through the website and was under the impression that it was a UK site. I was given a DPD tracking number (which is false) the item is coming from China. I checked again on the website and it clearly states that my item is coming from the UK warehouse, from the UK part of the website.
I have chased it many times only to be told that is it on the way. Weeks later and still nothing. I have now been told I have to wait 6-8 weeks more. Totally unacceptable for items that were sold as being in a UK warehouse. I dont believe they will arrive at all, total scam
