Do not use this company. You will not be able to contact them post purchase. I have also contacted my bank to help secure a refund. I will also report them to consumer protection.

Scam website. Do not use. Took £280 from my account on ordering then heard nothing. Emailed them as there was no telephone number to call, 8 times in total. Very stressful as its alot of money to loose. In the end called my bank and they very kindly refunded me the money temporarily even though i had used a debit card. They take over in getting in contact with the Company, if after 30 days they hear nothing back i get to keep the refund. I have reported to the FCA but not sure if anything happens. On further investigation they are not UK registered and all images of products are copied from other websites. Please be aware of the Company and don't spend any money with them

I ordered lights worth almost £400 8 weeks ago. Didn't realise they were coming from China. When they hadn't been dispatched within 3 weeks, I cancelled the order. They then said they couldn't cancel it, as it was already posted, despite telling me the same day that it was not dispatched. I now have tracking information but it hasn't changed in weeks.

It’s either a fraudulent site or totally incompetent. Either way I would suggest you don’t spend any money with this business.

I ordered 6 weeks ago and can’t get any response from the customer service team on my order.

I placed my order with this company on 21st august nearly a month ago and I still haven’t received the item nearly a month later. The customer service has been appalling, they initially weren’t able to give me any estimates for when I could expect it to arrive and now have completely stopped replying to my requests for updates. The shop app they pointed me to for tracking has not provided me with any updates since my item arrived in the UK on 7th September, nearly 3 weeks ago. I’m now in a position where I can’t even cancel the order! I would not recommend! Not a professional operation.

Do not go anywhere near this company!!!! Wish I had read these reviews. Ordered £565.00 worth of shades, took 5 weeks to arrive, all from China. The quality is shocking. Thought they were coming from UK warehouse. Got them for a client. Had to wait so long I had to get other lampshades for them. Demo lights ignoring all communication for me to return them! and get a refund. Clearly a shambles. Sooo upset. Don’t touch them, please, wouldn’t want someone to have the same experience. I can see I am far from alone. If they have a uk warehouse, I should be able to send it there.

I agree with all the 1 star reviews. Also thought it was a UK company. Terrible quality and finding it really hard to return. Complete scam - you cannot leave a review on their website so not sure how they have five star reviews on there. Don’t get pulled in - really regret not double checking company as I would with insurance etc . Would leave no stars if an option.

Decent looking lampshade which looks like the image on their website and time from order to delivery good considering it was shipped from China. Item description is a "handwoven rattan kitchen island pendant lighting". However, the description is inaccurate; it is part rattan woven on to a metal frame. The horizontal weave is not rattan but plastic. Considering the price and description, it should have been all rattan. All things considered, I do not consider it to be great value but it looks quite good despite this.

This company responds quickly to enquiries pre-sale and the .co.uk domain name gave me false assurance that it was a UK company, but this is a Chinese company selling poor quality imitations of the items on their website and it is impossible to return/get refunds. Wish I'd read these reviews before I bought.

I bought and paid for a light fitting, only after paying I found out these lights are shipped from China and takes up to 8 weeks for delivery. So I proceeded to cancel and request a refund. Instead of cancelling I was offered a discount to proceed with the order, but I insisted on a refund as I didn’t want to wait that long. So I was told I would get a refund. In the very next message they said the item had been shipped and gave me a fake tracking number and I could now not get refunded. All messages after that they are not replying to, So I haven’t got my refund and I haven’t got my light.
So I would not recommend this company and would avoid purchasing at all costs. There is no room for recourse it’s not a UK company although the domain is .co.uk

My items have still not arrived after 8 weeks. The company are refusing to take any responsibilty for their chosen delivery company-China post. They say it has nothing to do with them once left the warehouse. The 'tracking' says delivered. They keep sending me give me a load of contact details for China post. The email didn't work, and was returned, and the phone numbers are international. I have asked them to chase it for me and they have refused. They won't engage in my request for a refund. Do not use this company.

This company is a scam. Ordered and never received item… no communication from them or replies when chasing delivery. The Shop app says out for delivery from China and then updates to delivered which is not true. 5 months since ordered and paid and no product.

Do NOT use this company. They are Chinese and will take your money, provide you with a rubbish product then ignore you if you request a refund. Their address is China and all contact details China - not that you can speak to anyone. They set themselves up to look and sound British but they are absolutely not. Be warned! There are lots of brilliant British lighting stores but avoid this one unless you want to get ripped off

I have to say after purchasing and realising it was coming from china I was a little worried and with some of the reviews, however I received my order in about 3 weeks which was fine and no issues but I was so impressed with the light, the light is absolutely beautiful and I fitted it myself. I would definitely order again from here. Very very happy

Do not buy from this company! It looks like a UK company but it is Chinese, everything is shipped from China, takes months to arrive, it is of chep quality and requires a lot of DIY (assemby), instructions are in Chinese only and you cannot return the item for free! It is a rip off and scam of a company.

Complete scam company, lost £200 and doesn’t work at all -cheaply made and electrically dangerous, took 2 months to arrive

The lightshade was as described and the price including free postage was reasonable. (total £164)
After that everything was terrible!
The site is in China not the UK as appears to be the case on the website.
The returns process is clunky, UPS or DHL are recommended to arrange return TO CHINA! costing over £60 (more than 1/3 of the initial cost)
Worse, the Chinese warehouse have refused to accept the goods and are asking for a further £40+
It is hard to tell if this is incompetent or dishonest but it is not good!

Do not use this company, a complete scam! Took about 6 weeks for the product to arrive. It was a different product from the one advertised. The items were over £230 and returning them cost me over £70 because they are based in China not the UK. They have been returned but I have never received my refund. £300 wasted. When I spoke to someone from Asia about my refund they assured me I would receive it, when I asked their name they said "John Smith" and laughed! Don't use them!

The company are based in china. They send out different items to the ones you order. They are of poor quality. When you request to return them they say that the items could be damaged when they are in transit so they offer 10% compensation if you keep the item.
If you buy with PayPal you will get a full refund, however.
Best avoided though.

It's a scam - good luck returning items! Ordered a 200 pound ceiling light and it came in a totally different colour and really cheaply made. Tried to return items and they offered 10% of the price to keep the item, or return the item and pay shipping to the USA (the only return warehouse apparently) which would cost another 70 pounds. Ridiculous! Should be sued!
