This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. The lights I bought for £738 for 3 are the cheapest looking hideous things I've come across. No replies to emails and when I asked for a refund they suggested I get a discount and keep the lights! The lights are so awful I couldn't give them away! I've been totally scammed. Very much doubt if I'll get my money back. I will never buy anything online again without checking the reviews. Too trusting!🙄. The value of the goods quoted on the shipping label was 40$!!

I found the perfect light for our renovation and after ordering checked the Trust Pilot reviews and was worried that I’d lost my money and would never receive my item due to the site being described as fradulent.

However my item arrived, it is perfect. I emailed the team and they did take a while to get back but they responded with accurate information.

Also, read in their FAQ’s and it says delivery can take 3-8 weeks. Whilst the website says 24 hour dispatch these items are coming from China and it is to be expected that this will take time.

I have placed another order for a different fitting and I anticipate a wait for it to arrive but the item was packaged well, as described and overall I am relieved!

Not even worth 1 star. This company needs to be reported for all of the people that it has scammed. Sadly I did not look for reviews prior to parting with £300 on a lounge ceiling light that I fell for. I had looked at it for months and finally waited until I had enough money for it. It took a month to arrive which seemed long but the worst part of all is that the light that arrived is nothing like the light that I ordered. It is a copy cat. Made with thin cheap material and practically falling apart. I am horrified. 7 emails have not been acknowledged and messages on Instagram ignored. There is no telephone number. The company that your payment goes through is ANMAYA Trading LLC and does not exist. It seems from some research to be a Chinese company of some sort ripping people like myself off. I am devastated. Please please do not purchase anything from these awful thieves.

It is a scam. Ordered a month ago, no shipping details yet, no response to our several emails/messages. They don't have a phone number which should already raise suspicious. Reported as fraudulent site to policy already.

Sadly I have to agree with the below. Why did I fall for this trap. No customer service number and the usual semi-scam chinese webpage hallmarks of 'Quality Guarantee' ticks and 'Eco-Friendly' stickers. Rubbish. I was fooled. Parted with nearly £300 on a fan 1 month ago. Nothing arrived. No responses.

The website leads you to believe that they have UK stock ready to go. This isn't the case. It will be hand made and sent from China. I have had to wait quite a lot longer than I expected but it arrived today and I think the quality is excellent.
When I have emailed to check progress I have always had a very polite reply but they didn't email to tell me it had been sent. I'd recommend tracking on the Shop app as this seems to be kept up to date.
Don't be put off by bad reviews and don't lose faith, be patient! Mine was worth the wait.

Awful!
They promise 24 delivery but a month later it’s not arrived. They want me to pay return shipping for an item they actively lied about. It’s not yet, h suggest to anyone waiting that you refuse delivery. Then you don’t have to pay returns. See you in court

This website does not represent its products accurately! Likely a scam.. the quality of the light we received was so poor.. and the price is not cheap so I feel cheated! The shape of the light sent was not even the same as ordered.. stay away!

This is almost a scam or a real scam!!
Avoid this company- you may instead put the money in charity.
I have been waiting for my product for last 3 months- £200 spent!! Customer service is awful- they randomly change the stories
AVOID - REPORT - SCAM

Light took 1 month to arrive. No response to emails requesting an order confirmation or ETA. On arrival, it was heavier on one side making the light incapable of hanging straight. Feel very silly for not checking the reviews before ordering!

Avoid at all costs, china based which the site does not stipulate at any point and the item never arrived, I had to bribe them with a trust pilot 5* to get a refund and cancellation through, really shocking.

Will give them minus 5 if I can. Placed my order in December 2023.. it’s been 4 months and despite several follow ups, never heard from them on the order. After 3 months they offered to return just the courier charges because it was their policy. It’s been 4 months now, nothing has ever been delivered or returned and we can do nothing. Bloody crazy! Please please go to anyone else to buy your lamps.

Have to re write my review as I thought I’d been scammed but the lights arrived all in one piece and really didn’t take long at all considering g they are shipped directly from China.
They are very well made beautiful rattan pendants so am very happy.

This is NOT a UK company. The orders are not dispatched in 24hours and the customer service is AWFUL. Item arrived late, so no longer needed. Trying to get the returns address is like pulling teeth. They have offered a 10% refund and you keep the item. I have sent photos as per the returns page and still no returns address.... on going for over 6weeks

Scammers - no response to customer emails or contact. Refund policy ignored.

Spent over £300, order took over a month to arrive. Now it's here, there are no UK instructions and the light fitting is completely deconstructed - honestly you'd need a degree in engineering to work out how to put it together! There's all sorts of cables that need connecting together and literally everything is in bits. The company will not provide UK instructions, nor a refund of any kind. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Ordered a pendant light on 23rd February under the promise of a dispatch within 24-48 hours. It was apparently dispatched in this time but still has not arrived! The links I have been sent by Demolights indicate it is stuck in customs in Beijing. I have been asked to check with my local logistics company but haven’t been given a name of said company. I have put the reference number I have been given in every courier search I can find and none of them recognise the number. When I asked for further information or a refund the response from Demolights was ‘Please note that once your parcel is already in shipment, refund is not an option as your item is already in transit.
The best advice we can give you is to patiently wait for your order.’ It has been over 5 weeks already and I have no idea if I will ever get the light I paid for. Not happy!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered an item over 7 weeks ago and still not received it. They dont respond to any emails and have no other way of contacting them.

Disgusting way to treat a customer
I have paid £289 for a pendant light fitting and still no sign of it after 6 weeks
No communication
No phone no
Just an email address that they will not reply to
AVOID like a Covid infested tube train
So update …. It’s finally arrived in a very large box and it’s the wrong colour
I now have 4 days to return it back to China
Which will be expensive
And wait god knows how long for a refund

Dodgy website. Basically fraudulent. AVOID. You'd be better giving your money to a homeless person than trying to spend it here.
