She is a true professional and is easily contactable. If I have to leave a message she will promptly return my call. I’m due to start my trip in Portugal in a few days . I received all my paperwork including vouchers in a timely manner.
What I like most about Ellyse is her cheerfulness and pleasant personality. Nothing is too difficult for her.

Communication with Ellyse was good. She explained the cruise and got back to us promptly with details. She and Krystal managed our booking well and made it a positive experience. Tickets and vouchers arrived by email a couple of weeks before the trip. We were a little disappointed that transfers between the elements of our trip were not included in the package and, as we had booked some months in advance, could not remember if this had been explained to us or not. All together it has been an enjoyable trip.

She keep us in the look and was patient when changed dates and duration of trip to Melbourne.
The wine tour was sadly cancelled by vendor and she quickly reorganised something close to original.
The Melbourne tour of the markets was wonderful and informative.

Just for the service alone we won’t travel with anyone else. Jon and the team are amazing from start to finish organising you the best holiday ever. The team even reach out once your home to make sure you had a wonderful time. We will always use Jon and his team for our holidays. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Wanted the money first up but didn't deliver on what we paid for. They ask for additional money when accomodation adjustments are needed. Its not what you pay for. We had Orehana as our deal maker and her communication and organisation wasn't up to scratch. We got to our accomodation in bali and it was booked for the wrong date which we had to pay for additional to stay. We had multiple issues before hand with our accomodation aswell. Don't book with deals away. If I could give no stars I would.

Ellyse made our travel experience to Cambodia seamless. From our first discussion to communications before we left, Ellyse was engaging, helpful and informative. We would use DealsAway away and her services again on future travels.

Nothing is too much trouble for Ellyse and her colleagues. She spent a great deal of time finding us a cruise matched to our needs. Any questions were answered promptly and with a friendly demeanour. Fiona was very good in answering my inquiries swiftly and solving all our issues. We had a wonderful holiday, so much was included in our price. Sri Lanka is an amazing place to visit. We had our own personal guide/driver and when other experiences were included, he made sure that we had a guide just for us. Couldn’t have hoped for a better guide/ driver we always felt very safe. Tipping is essential though for these guides, it might be good to warn. Accomodation was reasonable and adequate for our needs. Could be better but for the price not we were not unhappy.
