Ellyse is a perfect travel consultant; polite informative and responsive to all our queries.
We booked two holidays with Ellyse, Croatia and The Blue Danube cruise and heaps of add on tours. Ellyse arranged all without problem and to satisfaction. Always followed up and always returned calls. Excellent.

Fiona was fantastic. She was prompt, patient, helpful, honest and thorough in her replies to all our questions. Most importantly, she showed initiative and great customer service when we couldn't book our places on a cruise and land package that had sold out. She then searched for an alternative one that was close to the original itinerary. Because of her, we were happy to proceed with the booking. Fiona is an asset to her company. Thank you!

Fiona was my contact. I had many questions related to my Douro River Cruise and she responded quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always polite and generally detailed in her responses. At times she had to refer to her colleagues for answers ( I don’t expect everyone can be completely versed in all the deals on offer).
I did do much research myself- e.g. re space for luggage on the High Speed train and although assured no one had had any difficulty I found the carriage was overloaded with cases, blocking the passageway and my luggage was moved ( causing some concern). My advice is to sit with your luggage in view.

Starting the trip next week ,only can't comment on that, however, I can comment on the excellent customer service received so far, every question was replied straight away. We hadn’t booked with deals away before and were a bit hesitant as the price was really reasonable. Ellyse settled our fears and answered all our questions. We have been very impressed with Ellyse , checking in at intervals to ensure we were under control. We loved receiving the 4 bottles of drink as a pre curser to the trip. Most unexpected but very much appreciated. Can’t wait to start the trip in about 1 weeks time.

We were about to book a Douro River cruise direct with a cruise company but noticed the Deals Away ads online. Fiona was a pleasure to deal with and the savings we made on our Portugal trip - Douro River cruise and Lisbon - meant that we could upgrade to a balcony cabin and also book in for another tour - the 10-day Gems of Western Turkey. All this for the original price we had planned to pay for the river cruise. We cannot fault Deals Away - they delivered!

I dealt mainly with Fiona and Jon at Deals Away. Both were very helpful and responsive to my queries. I was happy that they provided me with a price that was cheaper than booking directly with Viking for my Mediterranean cruise.
