Had a recent Medical for my PCV Licence, which went very well. However, just over a week later DVLA returned the paperwork, indicating one small Medical question had'nt been filled in. A minor problem to DVLA, but not to me! I immediately contacted D4Drivers, and explained the situation to them. The Staff there, and particularity Layla, (Customer Support Manager) could'nt have been more helpful in addressing the problem. Returned the Documents to them, and all now sorted out. Brilliant! Have used D4Drivers for a number of years, and am very happy with their support and commitment to Professional Drivers. Thanks to all concerned!

Worst experience ever.
I booked an appointment and brought my medical records through the official surgery app, only to be told they don’t accept digital records. I waited over 30 minutes, and when I was finally seen, the doctor spent less than two minutes just saying they couldn’t help because they couldn’t view my records.

I asked to rebook once I had the correct documents, and was told I’d have to pay again, even though nothing was done in the first appointment.

Totally outdated process, poor communication, and a complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend.

Easy to book appointments in advance. Appointments available at weekend. Cheaper and quicker, in my case, than trying to get an appointment with my own GP. Good parking facilities. Appointment on time. Easy process if you’ve completed the first part of your D4 form & know your weight & height. Good email communication about appointment.

I want to personally thank you all for your service regarding my medical it was a very stressful time for me but I want to give a big thank you to Jackie as she was very compassionate toward me and the situation and made me feel at ease with everything.Thank you all again.

During my appointment with your company's practitioner for the renewal of my D bus driver license, he forgot to fill in several sections of the file. So the DVLA returned my file and I had to send it back to you to complete it. All this took 3 weeks and cost me, in addition to your fees, 20 quid in postage...

This was a very easy process and was hasstle free. I needex to renew my C1 at 70. Indeed a far better experience than trying to book through your doctors surgey. It was also slighly cheaper and Bangor for me it was a great option. It was thorough but you would expect this. Good job.

Dr Aaron Tan was really helpful and friendly, the appointment was on-time and she put me at ease and explained each section of the form very clearly as we went through the questions.

What a breeze. I had to submit 3 blood pressure readings on 3 separate days prior to my medical. Did this at my surgery machine for free. Printed ticket. Took eyesight prescription. Doctor took my blood pressure and conducted eyesight test without glasses then with. Filled in D4. All within 15 minutes. Thank you.
