Easy to book, close enough to home and relaxed experience. I’ve had 3 medicals for my C1 renewal, the first with my doctor, who charged me £75, as it’s an extra service not provided by the NHS. Three years later my GP surgery would not do it (don’t need the money?). So I turned to D4Drivers who I have now used twice, and they’re cheaper too…

Easy online booking and super helpful staff if you did need to phone up.

This company is brilliant. From making your booking online to seeing the doctor, its truly professional and flawless. The doctors are lovely and understanding and make you feel at ease. On my recommendation all my workmates and friends who need medicals to drive, now use D4 Drivers.

I have been using D4Drivers for all my HGV renewal medicals. The venues are convenient and the price is good. The doctors are invariably pleasant and efficient. I'll keep using them until I hang up my keys!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company who basically robbed me of the value of a medical consultation. I made an appointment from one day to the next paying the amount of £62. But after making the payment I received an email stating that I had to bring a medical record from the GP with me. I showed up for the scheduled appointment without this record because it was impossible to obtain it from one day to the next. They refused to consult me but they offered me another appointment and I want to thank them.

I recently had a medical which needed more evidence to get signed off. My contact in customer support is Layla and she has been absolutely brilliant. Layla responded to me every time, kept me well informed of any updates and she is very reassuring, empathetic and very very helpful. If my medical doesn’t get approved I would still like to say that Layla shows amazing customer service and is a credit to D4 drivers.
Give that lady a huge pay rise.

Receptionist at Holiday Inn said he’d turned away around 10 D4D customers already as Dr was a no show.

Appalling service. I’ll be claiming my money back.

After initial problems I found Layla to be most helpful and sorted out a new medical for me with the minimum of fuss. Thanks again
