Ordered 3rd September for a Christmas gift, I was fully aware there was a 10 week lead time. I chased numerous times beginning of December (13 weeks later), and finally received a blunt unapologetic reply to say my order was being despatched, however I only received part of it.
I contacted and received another blunt reply with no apology to say the rest would be received before Christmas. It wasn’t, and I still haven’t received it 18 weeks after originally placing the order.
She has ghosted me ever since. Shame as what I’ve received it lovely! Looks a scammer from the rest of the negative reviews here, and so poor that she’s still constantly advertising a 10 week turnaround, with discounts and special offers when she has so many orders to fulfil already!
AVOID!!!

Update to my previous review: I’ve now received the items. While there was a delay and I didn’t get responses to my messages, the order was ultimately delivered and of great quality.

Tale as old as time - harassed for the payment then no product months down the line. Sales back on though!
Ran out of colour I’d ordered apparently, that’s seems the theme. Don’t buy.

I am now almost 2 years waiting for my order! My son is almost 3 and I ordered in Feb 2024. I left it the 10 weeks as stated at the time before messaging to find out about where my order was, messages, emails, instagram all go ignored. Not responded to at all. Clearly not an honest seller, she scams people out of their hard earned money. Please do not order. Very unlikely you will not receive anything.

Ordered in October even paid extra for “guaranteed Christmas delivery” generally RUDE! No response online, no response on instragram or emails. False advertisement and taken money yet no produce and no refund. Read and ignored all messages. Yet no money back. AVOID! Plenty of much better and polite people on Etsy which quicker turned around and actually respond! DISGUSTED as was a present and didn’t have the decency to respond so left without a present!! DO NOT ORDER

Well made and amazing quality item, quick dispatch and delivery and packaged with so much care and attention. Finally got round to getting it up in our little girls nursery as we prepare for her arrival in the new year. Very happy and would recommend this business to anyone.

My end design was beautiful.
Took longer to dispatch than anticipated once I had the notification it had been sent. And no reply to my message chasing a tracking number. However it did arrive in good time for Christmas.

I ordered a name sign in February. I still haven’t received it. I have been trying to contact Chloe on Instagram, WhatsApp and email, she has not responded even though she has seen my messages.
I held out until now to leave a review as I hoped she would do the decent thing and refund me or send my order, but this obviously isn’t going to happen. I can see her posting offers constantly and highlighting her 10 week turn around. Every day asking for people to leave good reviews!
I have handed over my money and have nothing to show for it, AVOID. Really disappointed.

2nd time ordering- 1st time, order took a while as stated but this was no problem and I loved the finished result. Chloe contacted me to ask about changes etc which were actioned swiftly with no complications.
I ordered again 27th July for a Christmas gift knowing the time required. It has now been 20 weeks since ordering, and I have been trying to contact Chloe on various platforms- Instagram and WhatsApp, for a month which are going unanswered and yet she appears to be posting regularly for the business. No explanation, item or refund as of yet.

It's such a shame to have to post this but maybe it's the only way to get your attention at this point Chloe as we know you read your reviews as you complain about them enough. It takes 1 minute to reply to acknowledge peoples enquiries.

In short, beautiful items if you do ever receive them. Poor customer service, poor business management.

I made an order for my babies nursery. It arrived this week and is absolutely gorgeous. At the time of ordering the expected delivery time was made clear. 10 weeks and as I was in no rush that was fine by me.

I have ordered on three seperate occasions in the last two years. Products have always been great quality and exactly what I ordered, and perfect additions for my daughter/son and nieces bedrooms. Yes the turnaround time is lengthy but this is stated before placing an order and paying, so it’s a choice you make. Yes the communication side of the business may fault but in my experience I place my order and wait within the time frame agreed upon.

This is the second order that I have made from Curly characters and it's just as lovely as the first. I ordered my daughters name with a star to match my eldests one that is on their bedroom wall. I can tell that its been carefully crafted with love.

I ordered a name sign for my daughters room and it is so lovely, exactly what I wanted. It arrived in time for Christmas too! Really pleased with it, good quality and the price was very reasonable for a handmade item. Clear communication (confirmed my ordered, sent me tracking information).

I ordered two knitted name signs for my children’s playroom and a knitted rainbow for my little girls nursery and the items I received were absolutely gorgeous, everyone comments on how lovely the name signs are. The communication from start to finish was great as I wanted the rainbow in 3 colours rather than 5. Thank you so much.

Ordered in MARCH. It’s now DECEMBER! And she’s ignored every single message I’ve sent! Deletes my comments off her Facebook group and has turned off comments on her Instagram too… no wonder! Absolute SCAMMER!
