AVOID, takes your money then doesn’t send orders out. The when you request a refund she blocks you

I ordered twice in August 2025, still don’t have my one of my orders. Have emailed, logged via the online form and messaged on instagram well over 25 times all in all and have never heard back. Always pushing sales and wanting reviews but it seems like the majority of people don’t get what they have ordered! Communication seems to be a huge issue with ignoring customers, if it was just through social media it’s more understandable, but I have emailed and logged multiple times on the website contact form. Don’t really know what else I can do at this point other than forget about it, go without and try find any other similar business on Etsy!

Comments are back on her instagram but she seems to be deleting any comments of people chasing her. Mine included, no wonder comments were turned off for so long!!!!

I purchased a pre designed sign for my daughters reading corner as well as a name sign in December, both came well packaged and secure to avoid damage/bending and were delivered a couple of weeks ahead of expectation. Both pieces are beautifully made and very sturdy. Extreamly impressed! Will be purchasing again for baby no.2

Company isn’t a scam as they did send me an order. However it wasn’t what I ordered. Tried contacting many many times over a few weeks and no response.

Ordered in January, arrived end of March as expected. Gorgeous name sign, well worth the wait (which you know about when ordering). Only niggle is that I instagrammed messaged weeks ago to add on a rabbit to my order that she had just started selling and never got a reply so will have to do a seperate order.

Made an order in February well in time for Mothers Day as saw a promotion to say they could deliver for mothers day.
Since then not had any correspondence around delivery time. Mothers Day has now been and still not recieved any update on order. Emailed and messaged on Instagram for update but no response. Very disappointing service. I understand it takes time to make but just an update at least would have been nice.

What can I say they are amazing! After purchasing, at a later date I read reviews which weren’t excellent and became skeptical. I waited around 6weeks and they arrived exactly how I requested and if anything better than I imagined! Thank you so much, worth every penny and quality product!

Beautiful handmade name sign for my son. Much smaller than I thought it would be and unfortunately the seller doesn’t respond to messages sent so I couldn’t find out the size ahead of it being made.
Ordered at the beginning of January so the waiting time is was quicker than the 10 weeks suggested. Packaged well to avoid damage.

Gorgeous product, arrived during time frame. Great value for money. Highly recommend

I ordered a hoop with a name and flower on it and it’s fantastic! Such great quality and looks amazing, my little girl loves it! Will definitely purchase more in the future! 10/10 would recommend!

AVOID - since leaving a negative review explaining how she is a fraud, she has now blocked me on instagram. I guess I’ll never see my order or a refund. How does she keep on getting away with this? Such a shame as the product she posts looks beautiful

Ordered 2 signs for my kids room and they are amazing quality! Definitely worth the wait. They make my kids rooms look complete even though we’re half way through decorating! Would definitely buy from here again. 10/10 would recommend!!

Frustrating that shes still trying to get orders and reviews from people.
She was horrible towards me telling me I was disgusting for asking where my order was over Christmas that was meant to arrive before christmas. I eventually went though my bank to get the money back thankfully and then she had the audacity to change her bank details. Shes scammed so much money out of people ive spoke to in the same position its vile. Have the confidence to then say people dont leave her reviews yet shes not fulfilling orders from years ago maybe rectify what you've done to people and and the money you've taken and you may have a better chance of being a decent human being.

The product is stunning! Love the piece we received, exactly the colours I asked for and looks beautiful on my daughters bedroom wall, thank you xx

0 stars - Took my money and did not fulfil the order. Finally responded to messes and assured me she had the order and was sending it - the still didn’t send the order. Refuses to refund, refuses to fulfil the order and has blocked me on Facebook 🤷‍♀️

Ordered twice and both times they arrived in the given time frame and packaged well so no damaged caused in transit. I have 5 different items in both my kiddies room and they look amazing.
Such an amazing price for a lovely personalised item.
Will definitely order more when I find a space for some 😂

Would give zero stars if I could, paid for a rush order at the beginning of December, was initially quick to respond to IG messages and very polite. Became very vague after the expected time had passed, offering excuses, eventually saw a message saying she was closing for Xmas. I messaged again asking if my order had been sent, she became very rude and short with me, I asked for a refund which she never arranged. Avoid at all costs! Seems to be no rhyme or reason as to whether she decides to complete your order or not. Such a shame as these seem like beautiful items.

How disappointing that she’s still up to her old tricks. It feels that the chance of you receiving anything is 50/50. She must’ve made a fortune charging people for orders that she hasn’t produced.

If you’ve ordered and haven’t received anything, log it with Trading Standards. Maybe let HMRC know she’s running a business too, just in case she is also conning the government.

This scammer is completely and utterly delulu. Begs on Instagram for reviews but doesn't complete her orders and ignores customers....reviews for what exactly??
She must be getting hounded every day from quite rightly disgruntled customers but it's still not enough for her to actually fulfil her job and complete what the customers have paid for. I honestly don't know how she sleeps at night taking this many people's money and just ignoring them and leaving them as baffled and irritated as I am.

Ordered my sons full name back in May/June 2025- and I believe it may have taken longer the the turnaround time, but was 100% worth the wait.
