Awful experience. Ordered back in October. Still not received and it’s February. I’ve been contacting her on DMs. Comments are turned off.

I just don’t understand how some orders are being fulfilled and some she’s blatantly ignoring.

I made an order in December 2025 and after 9 weeks it arrived. I won't lie, after I made my order I done some research and seen alot of bad reviews of this seller. I wasn't very hopeful but said I'd wait my 10 weeks and see. I then seen the seller put my order on their Insta grid, so I commented to say it was my order. They replied to say it was going to be out for delivery soon. A day or 2 later, I received an email to say it was on its way. A few days later it arrived. I'm very pleased with my order.

I ordered a Once Upon a Time sign back in November for my little girls bedroom. This arrived at the end of January and after being very impressed with the quality and pricing, I have since put in another order for a Name sign for my son’s nursery. I am eagerly awaiting this!

If I could give this a 0 I would. Awful service, was in rush time delivery for Christmas no response and still not delivered. Keep messaging on Instagram but no response. FRAUD! DO NOT BUY AS YOU WILL PAY AND NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT! Disgusting should be ashamed of yourself. Appears potluck if she likes to send it out or not.

Ordered in Nov 25 - discussed the order via Instagram messages prior to payment and she was extremely responsive, almost immediate. Wait time was 10 weeks when I ordered.
10 weeks has been and gone and no order or update (a message was put on saying orders from 7 weeks ago have now been shipped). She is still very active on Instagram but has ignored all messages and emails I have sent regarding my order. All mymessages have been polite and understanding - explaining that it's okay if my order has been missed/delayed, just as long as it eventually gets sent. They've all been read but no response.
Messaging function is turned off on her Instagram posts so nobody can publicly comment - I'm now starting to understand why that has been done now!

Find somebody else who does a similar craft but actually sends the product

Placed an order in September 2025 for a christmas present. STILL waiting on it!! Numerous messages ignored and no refund offered. I have ordered twice before and had no problem but sure what's happened with this order...

This must be the reason you can't comment on their instragram… really disappointed

I received some lovely signs, I ordered multiple items and they did take a while to come however she does state this on her website so it was to be expected. I also contacted her twice to make changes to my order and my delivery address and these were carried out as requested. Thank you very much.

Absolutely love our sign (once upon a time) it's perfect and finishes off my daughters nursery. Would definitely recommend (this is my second order). Arrived earlier than expected too.

Received my items after a long 10 week wait, absolutely stunning! However communication needs a BIG improvement, messaged on IG and no response, emailed and got a reply straight away.

Shocked to see that this seller is still managing to scam people, after my negative experience back in 2021! I still check from time to time to see if this is still happening and 5 years later the reviews speak for themselves.

I placed an order when she was selling her items via ETSY, when I was pregnant with my son. This was in April 2021 and I had to chase it up for months, with numerous excuses from her that she’d sent it and then her sending it again and it never arriving, eventually only getting a refund in July that year after complaining to Etsy! I never received the name sign for his nursery.

Since then she sells on her own website and Instagram, which has comments permanently turned off so avoid all the complaints she would be receiving on there. Many times I’ve seen her looking for sympathy when she receives negative reviews, if you can’t fulfil orders then don't take on the work, it’s as simple as that! It’s appalling how she hasn’t been caught out yet and banned from doing this.

I made an order on instagram, was aware of the 10 week turnaround! Messaged numerous of times after the 10 week mark, heard nothing! I had to keep messaging and then got a pathetic response/ apology being very rude, quote “I’m having 2 weeks of to spend time with family at Christmas, thanks and it’s been 13 weeks instead of 10 weeks”. So in fact no apology! I got no message to even acknowledge that she has now sent my order out!
The lady behind the instagram is very rude, lacks such basic manors and customer service skills! DO NOT MAKE AN ORDER!

Having completed a previous order, I ordered another sign for my child’s room. NEVER ARRIVED. I sent numerous chasing messages on IG and via email which were never responded to, until I got angry then got a response. She then promised a refund within a timescale, set by her, then proceeded to block me and never refund! Would never purchase again due to TERRIBLE customer service.

I ordered this after having my first girl after 4 boys and im so glad I did it is absolutely beautiful. There was a wait of 10 weeks but I just think that speaks in itself on how popular this lady is. I defo recommend and have had so many lovely comments already.

Makes me so sad to read the reviews and see I'm not the only one to have been messed about by this seller! Shocking! Quick to take the money then messes you about for weeks on end! Then complains on social media that no one leaves her a review! I try to support small businesses, but honestly this ladies put me off! Do not order from here, find another seller! Also she has all comments on her instagram off! This screams problems!!! AVOID!!!
