I have ordered 3 of these name and they are amazing. Delivery takes a while which is stated on the website when you order, but I didn’t mind this. I ordered two for my daughter and one for my son. The quality is great and they set off the room and personalisation is great. The price is also really good.

I love the 'storytime' sign that I ordered for my son's bedroom. I love that you can pick your own colours. I will say that some of the colours looked slightly different in the photos online than in person, but it is still beautiful. It is great quality and a bargain for a handmade item. Delivery took a long time (10 weeks) but that was stated at the point of ordering, so was expected. I'm really impressed and would order again. Thank you

I have ordered from Curly Characters a couple of times in the last few years. First was my sons name and some safari animals and most recently, a story time sign which hangs pride of place above his bookshelf.

The wait times are long and are stated on the website so this wasn’t a problem for me,
especially because of how lovely the products are but also, they’re hand made.

I ordered a name sign for my baby’s nursery and it’s beautiful. It is well made and looks great on the wall. The colours are beautiful and match perfectly.

There is a bit of a wait for turn around but this is stated at the time of order. Maker responded to my question she asked for updates.

Ordered two signs for my unborn daughter’s nursery in April 2024. She is now nearly two and I have not received anything or any responses to emails or instagram messages where I have always been polite and understanding. Then see a post asking for reviews from people who have received their order and constant posts of finished items and have never received any responses about mine! Really disappointed, in fact in the nearly two years I’ve been waiting I’ve actually learned how to make these signs myself 😂

Amazing! Would 100% recommend I have ordered 3 now 2 before Christmas and one after curly characters has been really clear on lead time and if I had any questions then they would always get back to me I had a slight delay on one before Xmas but was communicated well they are so beautiful and friends have loved receiving them as gifts for new baby’s!!

Placed an order back in October 2023 and it still has never arrived (February 2026). Such a shame because the products look so lovely but have tried to contact so many times in different ways - Instagram and email. I feel really gutted and a bit humiliated that I’m having to write such a poor review because I genuinely try and give people the benefit of the doubt as well as give them time to rectify a problem. Would hate for other people to be in the same boat as me and lose out on money - especially when on maternity leave and money is tight! To top it all off, she has asked people to leave a review - I’d love to actually leave a review of a product rather than just the company!

The item is lovely and fits well within my son’s room. I did have to chase after 10 weeks with no delivery or contact but soon received my afterwards and very happy with the product x

Ordered some animals, dinosaurs and a name sign for my son Noah’s room and they arrived within the time frame stated on the website. All messages were responded to and promptly and any questions I had were answered. I had no issues at all.

They are FAB quality and really well made. I loved them so much I ordered some flowers ready for Mother’s Day and I’m looking forward to their arrival 🦖🦕💐xx

Begging for reviews on Instagram from the few people that have actually received their orders cos the reviews are being overshadowed by those that haven’t. Speaks volumes. Maybe try fulfilling orders instead of scamming people and you wouldn’t be receiving all the negative reviews. Just a thought :)

I ordered two items in Jan 2025 and adore them! They’re a great size and beautifully made! The colours are gorgeous. I was aware of the 10 week turn around and it did take that but they were worth the wait! Thank you!

Ordered in 2024, and not received my order. Numerous attempts at communicating and zero response. Looking at the feedbacks, this is still a common occurrence. If you can’t fulfil orders do not take our money or advertise yourself as a business which isn’t even registered.

AVOID ordered in June 2025
Chloe asked about colours on WhatsApp and never delivered the goods.
Doesn’t reply to any messages on any platform.
Avoid you won’t get what you ordered?

Made an order in June 2024, continually chased for MONTHS with no response/ refund. Had a ton of excuses posting on her stories yet was still taking orders. Absolute joke AVOID AT ALL COST. Unless you enjoy giving your money away for nothing.

Done 2 orders, one a couple years ago and one end of last year. Very happy with the products, took a while to arrive but came packaged safely and we love them! Emailed about order and got a quick response.

Absolutely love my order. It states on the website that it can take up to 10 weeks but my order was in-fact done and dispatched within 7 weeks.

This is my second order and I know this woman gets a lot of bad reviews but her work speaks for itself.
