Didn't like having to chase for responses to my correspondence. Didn't like the fact that they made decisions on my behalf without consultation which could have delayed completion date if we hadn't intervened. Trying to think of what I did like ........wouldn't use them again sadly as they had come recommended!

We had a very difficult sale due to various reasons, none of which was the fault of Curchods. They were brilliant, especially Rupert, who repeatedly went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Curchod if you are selling in the New Malden area.

Avoid this company as they got my mother to sign a disclaimer so that no background checks would be carried out on the tenants this lead to her having to pay solicitor fees as the tenants refused to leave the property and had to be evicted so much for fully managed.

Curchods in Ottershaw recently sold a house for us in Chertsey. Although they were the most expensive of the 3 quotes we received, we apponted them because we were impressed by their presentation and market knowledge of the immediate locality. We weren't dissappointed. Every staff member we dealt with were engaging, immaculately presented and professional. Big shout out to Alex and Esmie in particular. They found a buyer at a price in excess of our expectations in 10 days.

The whole team have been brilliant all the way through but a special mention fot Gary who has been incredibly supportive patient and very diligent as our chain was large and had several issues along the way but Gary followed it through and always kept us updated which is all you want really. We deliberately chose Curchods so that the Woking and Teddington branches could work together as we had two properties to sell at the same time and wanted to tie the two transactions together. This didn’t happen and communication was poor, and the two sales happened completely independently with often a miscommunication between the two branches. I was regularly pressured to lower the price by the Assistant Manager and given a negative read of the market even though my flat sold for a good price as I stood firm. Millie Wing was great after being put onto my case relatively last minute and I was her first case - she was clearly inexperienced and couldn’t help with some things but was always enthusiastic. Unfortunately due to this experience it’s unlikely I would use Curchods again.

Our property was under offer after first set of viewings and the team were on the ball throughout the whole process offering an efficient and excellent service.

We recently completed a purchase and were very happy with the Curchod's. We were supported in our search and purchase by Barbara who is an exceptional professional. She understood us and our needs and expertly advised us throughout the purchase process. Thank you Barbara.

Every member of the team I dealt with was very professional, courteous and friendly. I felt that throughout the sales process they were doing everything possible to identify viewers and to ensure that the sales process moved along quickly and efficiently.
