Curchods Estate Agents Bewertungen

Curchods were amazing throughout the whole process always there when I needed any advice or had a question. I would highly recommend them

We were well served throughout by Curchods. Good market advice was provided by Matthew Knight whilst we were considering our agent for the sale process. Ben Sela took us smoothly through the process from viewings to completion helping us reach our target price in an uncertain market. They were responsive and professional, critical factors as we were overseas during the sale process. Highly recommended.

After an unhappy experience with another agent Curchods Woking handled my sale efficiently and secured a purchaser who completed recently. I would particularly commend Millie for her efficiency, interest, courtesy and always being available

Ruby at the New Malden branch was absolutely outstanding. She was invaluable at helping us find the right house for us, and was brilliant at keeping things moving.

There were a lot of complications in our chain. But Ruby took it all in her stride and made sure everything got over the line. She was professional, communicative and friendly throughout.

EXCELLENT company. After having a very poor experience with another local estate agent (poor communication, lack of action - final straw being they didn't get back to me after I called for feedback to discuss) I took a leap of faith and changed agent. Ken came to my flat. From start to finish I appreciated the honesty, the call to action (immediately started seeing things happening... viewings, calls with feedback etc etc). Highly recommended. If you want a quick sale and want a company actually motivated to get that sale use this company.

Curchods are experienced, pleasant to engage with and really have their clients needs at the heart of what they do. I would recommend. A special shout out to Adam, Millie and Jonathan. They work hard at what they do and excel at it.

My day job is in commercial real estate investment. When selling my own home, I received pitches from 4 well known agents in the Woking area. Curchods stood out as really understanding the market and providing achievable pricing advice. I ended up transacting within 1% of their advised price.

Curchods estate agent was the right choice. All the staff were helpfuful.
Ruby who personally kept me in touch , was brilliant. Was a real help, and was with me throughout the whole experience, made it much easier.
Thanks Ruby and staff.
10/10

From first contact with Curchods they presented as more professional and knowledgeable than the other estate agents we had encountered.

We had high expectations and they did not disappoint us at all.

We knew that our mothers home was exceptional and both Phil and Mark at
Curchods acknowledged how well it presented in comparison to other homes of the same style.

The photographs and description of the property were expertly presented and with our input in dressing the home it was a credit to our recently deceased mother.
We were supported well through a difficult time by the team and are thankful for the achievement in getting over the asking price.

The updates over the waiting to complete time were appreciated.

I have no hesitation in recommending Curchods and would definitely turn to them in the future.

Many thanks to you all at Woking Curchods.

Curchods always go above & beyond - they have sold twice for me now & I have also purchased twice through them! Thanks Kate & team!!

A great team and service from Curchods in Teddington. They worked really hard for us and most importantly delivered the sale.

Incredibly professional service. Chris and Barbara were wonderful both professionally and lovely people to deal with. As was Rupert. I will be thoroughly recommending Curchods in New Malden to everybody. Thank you once again for your patience and kindness and stressful times.

Lee and the Woking branch team were great, very professional and delivered on what they promised during our initial meetings. We sold quickly and above asking price which was lovely, but the end-to-end process was handled really well and made it as stress-free as house-moving can be.

Leo and team have been exceptional right from initial discussions right through to having the tenant move in. Professional, always reachable, very clear communication and no hidden fees or surprises. Highly appreciate this team and always pleasure doing business with Leo and team.

Extremely professional at all stages of our sale process. Would recommend highly

Excellent support and communication from the Walton team. Ben in particular was great at showing the property and helping me through the process once an offer was received.

Arranged a lot of Viewings although not the successful Joint Agent

House sold today and one more shout out for Robbie and Kat who were the amazing team with mindset, tenacity and approach. Never did they state they had done all they could do and always found a new way forward. Thankyou

Dealt extensively with the Godalming team during a tricky selling period. Jonathan, Caroline and Millie were all great communicators and worked hard to market our property through to the sale. Highly recommended.

An excellent experience from start to finish.
Curchods Guildford have reinstated our faith in estate agents. From showing us suitable properties to selling ours. Kat and Charlie have been brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
