This was the most professional estates agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They appraised and valued my house in a detailed and positive manner.
I opted to follow all of their advice, right down to the date I would put my home on the market.

We worked with Grant and Ellyshia to sell our mother's house, from the Weybridge office. Initially, Grant gave us some good advice on the best approach for pricing and marketing, which proved to be successful, as we had numerous viewings and two offers very quickly. Ellyshia was our main contact throughout the selling process. She handled the viewings and feedback, and then managed the sometimes tricky process from offer through surveys to completion. Both Ellyshia and Grant were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I'd recommend them to others.

I am writing this review as a buyer of a property that Curchods were the Agents for the seller. My main contact with Curchods was Dawn Proudfoot and I cannot praise Dawn enough for her prompt and courteous attention to all my many enquiries about the property. In these types of transactions the path to Exchange and Completion can be bumpy and during these episodes Dawn was a calming influence and set about solving the issues in a confident and inspiring manner. In trying sum up if I was selling I would not hesitate to invite Curchods to act as my Agent.

Curchods Woking were fantastic for our move. Justin was brilliant for our initial consultation, but the two stars of the show were Millie and Chloe.

Millie managed the first sale of our flat which unfortunately (through no fault of hers) fell through. She was always across every detail and kept us updated throughout.

Chloe then managed the second buyer through to exchange and completion and was also brilliant.

There were plenty of issues and difficulties along the way, but Millie and Chloe remained positive and motivated to make sure we completed and moved into our dream home.
