Curchods were an excellent estate agent to deal with. We bought a house through them and they were a great support throughout a difficult process. They kept me informed of the progress during exchange and completion and always checked on my well being. Kat was particularly helpful towards the end when the exchange process kept being delayed.

Mark Stanbridge at Curchods Woking branch has provided absolutely honest advice and what direction I should take in my flat sale, even if it meant it cost Curchods a loss of commission. Estate agents on the whole have a bad reputation, but Curchods, particularly Mark Stanbridge has exemplified in quality of service he provides. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We recently sold our property through Curchods and they were fantastic throughout and had great communication, dealt with any queries quickly and really professional. We dealt with Ben and he was so helpful throughout the whole process and always able to take calls/ responded to emails really quickly, I would highly recommend.

All have to say is that when Owen was Manager at this branch he ran a tight ship. Now he is not there its shite tip. Comminication utterly rubbish unless you asked for it and I was lied to as well. It is a shame to write this review as in past I have had good relations with Curchods but that was when Owen was there.

I dealt with the curchods branch in New Haw both with my purchase and sale of the same property and I could not be happier with the service I received. Townley and Hayley were always professional and kept me up to date with what was going on and were immediate with responses on emails and phone calls. The photos taken and listing of the property were beautiful. Highly recommend

The agents at Curchods New Haw Branch, were brilliant. Our main contact was Graham who worked tirelessly to ensure all our queries were answered promptly and honestly. His knowledge and professional advice was invaluable and he was always at the end of the phone if we needed to discuss issues that had arisen during the sale/purchase process. Graham was friendly and approachable and was always there just for a chat when times were getting challenging! The other staff in the office, notably Townley and Hayley, were well briefed regarding our sale and were able to assist when Graham wasn’t available. They always passed on the information to Graham so he was aware of our situation at all times.Would highly recommend Graham and the staff at Curchods New Haw Branch and can’t praise them enough for the service they provided from start to finish.

I have both purchased through them and then ultimately sold the same property with them. The sale was very tricky at times due to uncontrollable circumstances but Sophie and Curchods were always on the ball, very communicative and very knowledgeable.

The staff were efficient and polite at all times. When I rang them for any information they always seemed very on the ball, knew who I was and what I was selling, quickly updated me, or phoned buyer's solicitors, or the buyer promptly to check up on the facts etc.
They also worked closely with my solicitors, who were excellent, to move things along.
I was also impressed when my 1st 'buyer', after a protracted period, proved to be beyond unrelisble and was eventually politely informed that Curchods would not be able to help her with any property viewings.

Churchods New Haw restored my faith in estate agents from the first conversation onwards.
My contacts worked hard at organising viewings from day one, gave me constructive feedback during the process and are extremely knowledgable.

We strongly recommend Curchods. Declan assisted us from the very beginning in a very professional and pleasant way. Our buyer's solicitor was not easy to work with, and Declan was always available to intervene and reassure us, texting us even outside standard working hours. We really appreciated his commitment and guidance.
The pictures and description on the brochure made our house stand out and the good relation they established with our tenants helped the process go smoothly. A big thank you to Declan and to the whole Shepperton's sale team :)

Poor commination from start to finish had to call time and time again for any appointment or updates, only time was answered was when they didn't know who was calling. Wouldn't be surprised if there was back handers involved as it seemed our offer was not ever taken seriously and wasn't even updated to fact we didn't have it without chasing again.

Sadly, the marketing for our house was poorly managed and deployed - for example, agents consistently failed to tell prospective buyers key information. Curchods view of the market and thus price oscillated, with sales techniques we felt undermined its value. Alfie at Cobham much the exception to otherwise poor support.

Excellent market knowledge, service and attention to detail in handling a sale on my behalf as Executor. Good communication throughout the marketing and subsequent sale process. Strongly recommend Kate, Amy and the team.

A professional service from start to finish.

Chose Curchods over 9 other local estate agents because of their authenticity - I was really put off by the aggressive sales pitches and silly gimmicks of some of their competitors. I wanted someone who would represent my home honestly, but who also knew how to source buyers, would work hard, and not just put up an advert on the internet and hope for the best. Ironically the house I also bought was also sold through Curchods, albeit a different branch.

Thank you to the team at Curchods New Malden, especially Ruby and Chris, for their work during our recent sale. Ruby was always accessible and able to produce updates despite it being a longer than expected process. Would recommend!
