Sophie at Curchods Walton on Thames was amazing. From the moment I accepted the offer on my property she was so helpful. Anytime I emailed she would reply, normally with a phone call, almost immediately. She made the whole house sale so smooth and kept me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend Curchods to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Just completed the sale of our house and couldn’t be happier with the service from Townley and team at New Haw Curchods. Nothing was ever a problem, every task and challenge we faced was either dealt with seamlessly by Townley and his team or they’d offer sound advice for us to deal with it ourselves. They really are so helpful, knowledgable and friendly and are a credit to their company. We shall use them again in the future, no question, and will look forward to doing so.

We sold our house with Curchods in spring 2025. They have been most responsive, prompt and communicative. Small examples - when a buyer pulled out very early in the first week on the market they immediately ramped interest up and got us a new buyer who then stuck. They organised very nice photos and were happy to redo them as the season turned and lights/garden looked different to refresh the listing. They were open about marketing strategy and communicative.
