Mohamed was very helpful sorting out the missed payment.howevr on contacting the bank as to why the DD had not been paid after 3 submissions they had had no request for payment it would seem we have reached an impasse with no one accepting responsibility and it was up to myself and Mohammed to resolve the situation !!!

Mohammed Sajid was extremely helpful over the phone. He was courteous, very patient and professional. He resolved my issue, helped set up my portal and explained everything very clearly to me. I normally hate having to go on the phone to service providers but this was a pleasure and I certainly wont hesitate contacting him again if I need to.

Great personal customer care
I have rarely needed to solve billing issues but I have had to contact customer service a few times and they are always excellent. I get to speak with a single contact who usually has all the answers and keeps up good communications until everything is sorted. I have been lucky to work with Denise Walker recently who helped clear up credits and debits on multiple accounts with going back to 2022 in one phone call. We have continued communicating by email to keep everything in writing and everything has gone better than I expected.
