Perfect fit, great price, speedy delivery
I was a bit sceptical about how good the quality would be considering they were so reasonably priced but they are great! Make sure you measure exactly to get a snug fit and it keeps the wind and rain out. There is some slight creasing (it comes rolled up) but we lay it on the floor for a day and most came out (and presumably the rest will over time now that they are hung up). So glad we went with all clear sides to create a feeling of space around our pergola (also keeps the heat in when we have the pendant heater/lamp on). Arrived before the specified date so altogether, very happy customer.

Poor customer service and no solutions offered
This company is portrayed as UK. It isn't it is American. The blind took a long time to arrive. There were no fitting instructions.
The blind is to cover a doorway, it is designed to cover a window. The length of material is correct (as per my measurements) to cover the full doorway. The cord however is the wrong length and only allows the blind to drop down to window length.
I explained this and sent comprehensive photos showing the issue. They insist on videos which is not something I can do. I explained this to no avail. I have a blind that is unusable.
Customer service is from US and offers no solutions. Lots of wordy emails saying how they will help, however no actual solutions.
I would not recommend this company.

I was a little nervous ordering a custom cover
I was a little nervous about having a custom cover made for our picnic style garden table, in case one or the other of us got a measurement wrong, but the company spent the time to confirm everything was right before it went into production and the cover I received fitted like a glove.

Dreadful experience for months till final delivery.
For more than 3 months to elapse between ordering/paying for the goods and their eventual delivery interspersed with emails which were either incomprehensible to a non-professional or had already been superseded by other emails - e.g receiving an email asking yet more questions about the product some days after the delivery date had been set was appalling and spoilt our summer. However when eventually the cover arrived it was 'as ordered' and fits pretty well.....

Great fit
They questioned the sizes I took and we came up with a better plan to cover an awkward sized piece of garden furniture. Fabric is really heavy and overall I'm very pleased.

Excellent support and timely delivery
I would have given 5 stars. I dropped one star due to the back and forth in getting the measurement correct. The main problem - mixing up metric and imperial i.e. centimetres and inches, which makes it very confusing. Just stick to one system, dictated by the customer.
Other than this, communication was excellent and delivery on time. The cover I received was very good quality and fitted perfectly.
I would have no hesitation in using 'Covers And All' in the future.

The fountain cover is both a great fit…
The fountain cover is both a great fit and made of robust material which is ideal for my quite windy spot.
The only downside was the delivery. It was not on the expected day and we did not receive any notice that it was being delivered. By sheer luck it was delivered just before we went out.

Great service, turned up in a timely manner. Good quality pvc tarps for the side of my pagoda. Had a storm overnight and they have all faired very well.

Good price, good product - reasonable delivery. I think it said the covers came with storage bags but they did not - hence 4* but so far so good, as long as they last.
