Perfect as usual
The ease of ordering, although I had a cover made last year and this was a repeat order x5 and it was handled efficiently and smoothly, only little whinge is that after confirming and paying for the order ,I was inundated with emails asking me to confirm my order which confused me .

Don’t build your hopes up of any actual action
So I wrote a few weeks ago and received the published review they also messaged me directly asking for information about the dimensions of my car(bit strange I thought they had sold me a custom made cover).Anyway let me cut to the chase as stated in other complaints this is an American company who has everything made in Asia. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE absolutely not trustworthy save your money it’s an outrageous that they are allowed access to the various platforms to catch victims like myself.

Updated - service for a car cover
Initial review below but after some discussion the company have provided a replacement cover that fits perfectly. Excellent service in the end. upgraded from 1 to 4 stars, only held back from a 5 due to time and initial hassle involved.
Disappointing service for a car cover. I have previously purchased covers for a bbq and outdoor sofa and was very pleased, therefore I went back to Covers and All for a cover for my 2016 BMW 4 series. I ordered the specific cover but when it arrived there was no way it would fit. The wing mirror sleeves where too close together and the cover was baggy over the roof. When I complained the company tried to suggest that I had chosen the incorrect size despite the label clearly saying 4 series. The offered a discount off a different cover but no refund or replacement.

Design stage was easy
Design stage was easy, fine tuning modifications done very quickly. Really impressed with the fit of the covers and the quality of the fabric used to make them. We’ve had a storm here with 55 mph winds and they haven’t moved at all. The restraints are very effective. Only negative point is there are no indications on each cover as which is which. Also no care information. That said, I would highly recommend this company.
