Excellent support and timely delivery
I would have given 5 stars. I dropped one star due to the back and forth in getting the measurement correct. The main problem - mixing up metric and imperial i.e. centimetres and inches, which makes it very confusing. Just stick to one system, dictated by the customer.
Other than this, communication was excellent and delivery on time. The cover I received was very good quality and fitted perfectly.
I would have no hesitation in using 'Covers And All' in the future.

The fountain cover is both a great fit and made of robust material which is ideal for my quite windy spot.
The only downside was the delivery. It was not on the expected day and we did not receive any notice that it was being delivered. By sheer luck it was delivered just before we went out.

Great service, turned up in a timely manner. Good quality pvc tarps for the side of my pagoda. Had a storm overnight and they have all faired very well.

Good price, good product - reasonable delivery. I think it said the covers came with storage bags but they did not - hence 4* but so far so good, as long as they last.

Not impressed they transposed measurement and still haven't replied after SMALL TOKEN OFFER
After going back and forth they confirmed they were manufacturing the replacement cover i paid over £50extra they just emailed After 2 weeks and said they need an extra £40+ pou ds before they start.
avoid this company they are dreadful
