Keshawn was a star.replied to my queries promptly, and sorted out the email which Caxton had sent. Very efficiently.I told him That I was not very good with computers, and found the Caxton web site difficult.
He did everything he could to sort the situation out, and I truly thank him.

Great customer service
I have used Caxton for years and their customer service is efficient, prompt and clear. I dealt with Hannah recently on an erroneous charge on my FX card. She told me how to file the claim and followed up with a clear and concise summary of our conversation and directions.
I have had similar great experiences when arranging FX transactions into the UK.

I had a terrible experience with the Hyatt Regency in Chicago after paying for a room when the hotel was already fully booked. Caxton were brilliant in following up my dispute and resolving my claim. Hannah was customer service personified. A lovely person at the end of the phone who replied immediately and very professional.

I absolutely love using the Caxton Payment Card. It’s simple to manage, convenient for travel, and gives me great peace of mind when spending abroad. The app is easy to use and everything works smoothly.

Michael was helpful in my phone call to Caxton; but took the trouble to email more detailed advice which definitely resolved my problem at a stroke.
Just what was most helpful and supportive. I am not a teenager and therefore don’t pick up on tech as quickly as I ought to……
