Issue with Current acct to activate Apply Pay

After speaking with mobile banking who were unable to address my issue called into my
local branch in Hemel Hempstead .
A very nice Lady by the name of Fiona was so helpful, nothing was too much for her and altho’ not clear if my problem has been resolved addressed 3 other issues for me for which I was really thankful for. Never rushed me and really very professional . Should have gone there in the first place .

I had a lovely interaction today with…

I had a lovely interaction today with Sara at the Lloyds Bank branch in Llanelli.
I needed to cash in a cheque and Sara showed me that it can be done online via the app, which I didn't realise.
Sara guided me through the process with a smile and charming personality. Definitely a credit to your team! Thank you so much!

I had to go to Lloyds Bank Cowley…

I had to go to Lloyds Bank Cowley Branch (Templar Square), Oxford where I met Sully. Sully was extremely helpful, friendly and generous with his time. He listened attentively, understood the problem and made sure that by the time I left the back everything was in order. The changes I wanted were visible online the next morning, just as Sully has promised. People like Sully are an asset for their organisation and just make your day better. Sully clearly respects, and care for people and is a great communicator. He made appropriate phone calls and set the wheels in motion.
Branch opened promptly on time and they had a person, Mushtaque, who was guiding and helping everyone. He was very attentive and gave the vibes of a person clearly enjoying helping people.

The WORST customer service I have ever…

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Someone stole my phone and hacked into my PayPal, and I have been locked in an over a week long conversation with bots and people who refuse to have any empathy, reread the information I have given them 7000 times. At this point I barely even care about the fraud claim, the thief can just have the trainers, I just want a new card so I can access my money again, but seems like Lloyds customer service is just going to keep me locked out forever.

Ranting to Trustpilot because I can't get anyone at Lloyds to listen to me!!!!!!! Zero stars

Extremely helpful member of staff in Huntingdon branch.

I visited the Huntingdon branch of Lloyds today, Thursday 16th April to ask for help to close my Halifax Instant Saver account transfer the money to my HSBC account. As it was a large amount this proved problematic as it had to be cleared by the fraud department. However, despite the fact the branch was seriously understaffed and the bank staff were trying to see to a number of customers I was helped by a charming lady called Gail. She was very professional and nothing was too much trouble. A credit to the branch. Please ensure my thanks is passed on to her and a pat on the back from management would not go amiss.

Applied for a credit card and got…

Applied for a credit card and got turned down despite a flawless payment history of 30 years.
Appealed and won, then to be sent a link with offers worse than advertised online.
Wish I had stayed with NatWest, will just go with Tesco or Virgin instead

Absolutely piss poor service

Absolutely piss poor service. Received a text saying someone had purchased something on my card through Amazon. This was indeed a fraudulent transaction I have now been talking with agents on the chat since yesterday trying to sort this out. None of them have listened to what I have said. Each one of them is asking the same questions over and over not listening. Some how trying to accuse me of doing something along the line to cause this. Not taken seriously at all and I've asked the same questions about it affecting zero percent offers and the transaction being flagged as fraud and wiped about ten times now and not one person has answered this.

I contacted Lloyds Bank

I contacted Lloyds Bank, to change the amount I had invested in a 2 year ISA. I was told that I could make the change, online within an hour. 3 hours later I phoned again and was told that I would be able to make the change within the next 3 hours. It would seem that Lloyds Bank customer services has a default setting; fob off the customer.
