Honestly I cannot recommend ByMehShake enough !! The products I have received always are the best ! Everyone always asks where they are from and compliment me on them without a doubt every time I wear a product ! The team is super helpful with any questions you ask ! Lovely small business I am happy to promote <3 I have a video on TikTok of one of my orders if anyone wants to have a look too (meganxx_7). Waiting on more orders from here as it’s basically all I wear now ! Any issue I’ve had as always been resolved asap and the girls are always willing to offer their personal time to resolve issues too !

This is an classic case of the customer is not always right :) After a serious of meltdowns from myself over an order that clearly stated would take a few weeks to make, the lovely girls at customer service did an amazing job of staying professional and informative when being met with my abrupt, unpleasant communications. When I did receive my beautiful personalised clip, I was not only delighted with the end product but felt seriously bad at the attitude I gave this company for simply just doing their job. I have since reached out to the company to apologise for my behaviour which I believe consumers should absolutely do more often. Just because you are having a rubbish day does not give you permission to cause chaos in someone else’s life. We forget these retailers are normal human beings just trying to make a living like the rest of us.

I ordered the custom claw clip and I absolutely will be ordering from bymehshake again. For a fraction of the price, this claw clip most certainly trumps the very pricy Emi-Jay custom claw clip I have ordered in the past. The product is of great quality and looks stunning.

Great experience - I recently ordered from Bymehshake for the first time and shipping was really quick. I had an issue with one of my items where one of the stones on a ring had come loose, and they replied to my query within a couple hours and sent out a replacement free of charge right away. 10/10 customer service!!

Delivery is shocking.
They state it takes 3-5 working day, I’ve had no updates on my parcel, said it was shipped the day after I ordered it, that was 8 days ago. Says there’s no tracking on Royal Mail.
Emailed customer service twice for an update, messaged on Facebook, Instagram and Shop which I track my parcels on.
No answers as to where my parcel is and no help at all. Asked me to send my address to them so they can track my order, no replies since. Really gutted because their stuff looks nice but I won’t be ordering again

I’ve purchased from here multiple times and I’ve always loved everything and they’ve all lasted so far. I’ve had one incident where a product came damaged, but so was the package so I felt like it was due to delivery, the issue was easily resolved with an email to the company and I sent the product back FREE OF CHARGE and received a refund quickly.
The majority of products are elegant and classy and others and more adventurous and playful, I wear most things everyday and others for special occasions and receive compliments all the time for the unique look of the jewellery.
As a small business I am very impressed with the comforting approach I’ve always received from the suppliers and will continue to purchase from here. I reviewed emails often letting me get an opportunity to get the newest items before they all sell out, because everyone bulk buys items.

I have a few of their pieces and I’ve been loving them!! They’re so cute & I always have a bymehshake piece of jewellery on everyday 🥰 I love how there is always new drops and it’s so affordable to try new trends. All my jewellery has stayed in perfect condition, no tarnishing and no allergic reactions either 💖 thank you bymehshake for keeping me looking super cute 🤭

I absolutely adore this brand and find myself returning often as new things are always being added to the website, the jewellery and accessories are cute and affordable and make great presents for friends and family.

i cannot quite frankly believe the email i received today. i ordered from this brand after finding them on tiktok. i’ve placed multiple orders and spent a lot of money in a bid to find some affordable, good quality jewellery. i was surprised when nearly every item seemed to give me an allergic reaction but kept buying more in a bid to find something that worked for me. i’ve since realised through their misleading descriptions and emails that they lie about the metals used and only specify the ones they know people will want to buy. i even went as far as to promote their products with no incentive or discussion which they ignored.

it’s now all falling into place: their affordable prices are because their quality is awful - they just copy other companies’ designs, they hide their policies so that you aren’t even aware unless you read the fine print ((such as being told you cannot return something unless it’s in the packaging it came in)) & i realised that i couldn’t see any of my reviews on their page ((that they offer points for in their loyalty system)). i actually queried why i didn’t get my points ((for an honest review)) and was told that ‘the points are only for positive reviews’. i’m actually SHOCKED!!

this is the same company who’s CEO went off on one on tiktok live about NOT LEAVING BAD REVIEWS and to just return the product because it stops their small business from growing. well i wonder why?! such a dishonest and deceitful company who’s only mission is to scam people into spending their money on garbage and then not offer a fair return policy if the customer isn’t happy. i don’t think i’ve EVER regretted my money spent more and will follow up with receipts on my insta or tiktok @makeupbyevef

Lovee this small business!! I’ve been purchasing from here for 3 years or so now, it is my go to for affordable and gorgeous jewellery. Most of the newer products are non tarnishing which makes it even more worth it!! Never found a small business with such a wide range of beautiful and unique products.

Also wonderful customer service, if ever there is an issue never be shy to reach out to them through emails as they are so lovely and will sort out your issue asap!! The items make lovely gifts and just a great affordable way to spoil yourself, with fast shipping too!!

AMAZING jewellery, community and brand, I’ve never spoke to such lovely people before who work here and it’s always made my experience shopping at byMehshake that extra special. The jewellery here is 10/10 I have never found a brand that has such good quality and well priced items before. My personal favourite pieces are my 11:11 ring, bubble necklace and balloon pendant which I wear on a daily basis and none of my items have ever tarnished. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to get jewellery and would 100% recommend anyone to shop here for their jewellery pieces.

So much to choose from and have always been happy with what I’ve received! Dispatched quickly and packaged well. I’ve ordered necklaces, rings, earrings & an anklet - all perfect! The travel jewellery case is great also. Would recommend.
