I bought a ring for my daughter for a Christmas present. When she opened it she immediately noticed one of the stones was missing. I tried to contact the company but they have refused an exchange as it’s beyond the 30 day period. As I was trying to see if I could make it less noticeable another stone has fallen out. Don’t buy from them. Cheap rubbish. UPDATE- I see they are now trying to claim it’s ’wear and tear’ even though it was a Christmas present I bought mid November and unopened until Christmas Day when the fault was discovered. I even asked if they could just send me a replacement stone so I could fix it myself but they haven’t even bothered to reply. Honestly, don’t waste your money as there’s much better online jewelry retailers. This outfit are rip off merchants selling cheap tat.

Recently ordered some personalised hair claws for my friendship group and I am BLOWN away by the quality! My hair is so thick that a hair claw rarely holds it but the quality is insane and I’m in love with the colours! My girls are going to love them thank you xx

I recently also purchased a custom hair brush with my name on it and I am blown away by the quality and how the stones have not moved. Always the prettiest jewellery and cute affordable accessories from this brand. Packaging is always suitable for giving as a gift too, which is so rare with affordable jewellery.

I purchased a hair claw clip and it’s AMAZING quality. It came within the 4 week time frame, about just over 2 weeks. I’ve been wearing it for about 4 months and not a single stone has fallen out. I can see other brands charge about £60 for the same claw clip with personalisation so decided to give this one a go for only £32 and I’m amazed at the quality. I will be purchasing again

I’ve made numerous orders with this company over a year period across their tiktok platform and unfortunately I will no longer be ordering ever again.

My latest order was placed a month ago (6th October), I ordered gifts from their tiktok live and waited over a week for them to dispatch it and for it to be delivered (16th October) . The delivery took so long that tiktok sent me a coupon as an apology. The item eventually came and the items were missing. I messaged them the same day to report this issue, they got back to me and told me they had to investigate which took them nearly 2 weeks to refund me in full. Given that I was a regular customer I was surprised it took me to chase them in order to be refunded.

I left a very HONEST review of 1* which stated “packaged arrived empty” I received MULTIPLE single messages (12 separate messages) at 12AM at night low-key bullying me to delete the reviews and threatened to block me if I didn’t!!

The company cannot handle any form of criticism and turns aggressive when they don’t get what they want. Very odd vibe!!!

P.S - there response goes to show they’re losers of a business seem so spoilt and bratty and they will torment you in DMs if they don’t get what they want.

The parcel was delivered at 11.02am and my mother messaged me at 11.05 with pictures of an EMPTY PARCEL. (Proof was sent to you, do you suffer with memory loss?)

I’ve NEVER opened claims against small businesses on TikTok bymehshake are notorious for sending cheap pink Ali express envelopes and stuff falling out all the time. (check their feedback) in fact just screenshot all their jewellery it’s from Ali express anyway such cheap shit. I would’ve never scooped this low had you not write blatant lies about me.

You keep mentioning “malicious refunds”. I hardly ever take to trustpilot to leave reviews, I support many small businesses locally and online, never have any issues. I don’t need to make unnecessary £20 refunds for the sake of it. I’m really not hard up on the cash. That ONE review was of similar nature to this. Have a good day!

The jewellery states ' non tarnishing ' .. with no care instructions.
It DID tarnish and when I reached out I was told they are not to be worn near water or to use creams and perfume etc .
Just think it's very misleading and not cheap!

Edit ..The image I sent WAS THE snakechain with the TARNISHED jump rings and clasps .. completely lost all the gold.
You were pretty dismissive in an earlier email so I can't be bothered replying about any other items .

I ordered a customised hair clip and when I realised it had not yet arrived after around 3 weeks I contacted the company for any updates. They answered quickly in around two hours and informed me that I had actually missed a piece of information where it said it would take 1-4 weeks. Their communication is very efficient and my order arrived only a few days later. Very happy with the product and would buy from this company again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered 5 days ago and i have sinse not received any order updates i have tried emailing twice and no response it said it was shipped the day after i ordered but clearly wasn’t.

I found bymehshake in May, in 2 months I have made 10+ orders with this brand each order containing various amounts of their products and now my whole jewellery collection has been taken over by them!! The quality and affordability is totally exceptional, I also love that bymehshake has influenced me to step out of my comfort zone and wear pieces that I wouldn’t usually. I have recommended this brand to all of my friends and just absolutely love the team at bymehshake, the customer service is the best I’ve ever had from any brand ever and I love their interactive lives on TikTok that have given me the loveliest internet friends! (And a LOT of beautiful jewellery) The only thing left to say is go and order from bymehshake cos you absolutely won’t be disappointed ☺️

I have been a customer for over 3 years now and can honestly say the service and choice of products on offer are some of the best I have received from ANY business, never mind a small business. I have always been super happy with my purchases and the care taken to package them so beautifully for me. The points system on the website is amazing and a great way to treat yourself to a little something extra! I really love the affordability of the products. Some of them have become part of my daily jewellery and I don't take them off! Some big companies could really do with taking a leaf out of Bymehsakes book... She is killing it!!

The seller demanded me to take down the bad reviews because it affected the small business! Well maybe if you make good quality products you won’t get bad reviews! A complete scam as she told me she was going to send a replacement ear ring but never did. Can’t return it because they not offer a fair return policy if the customer isn’t happy and deny me a refund! It’s a completely A SCAM and ripped me off! I lost £30 in some garbage! I’ve never feel regretful from buying somewhere before! She was very rude and lied to me!

Honestly the best brand for jewellery. I’ve ordered 30+ times now and each time I’m blown away with my items. They come exactly as shown in the picture and as in the description. The customer service is incomparable to any other brand, they go above and beyond to help you. You cannot go wrong with the stunning pieces for such an affordable price. I wear my initial heart necklace everyday and always get compliments. Will be returning again and again and have already recommended to so many of my friends

Their products are amazing quality at such an affordable price. This means you can find a piece that suits you and play with new styles without breaking the bank. However my style is now Bymeshake as I’ve adored every single item i’ve bought 😂.

The customer service is next to none. The one time i’ve had an issue I received a reply and everything was sorted straight away and in under an hour. You dont get that from any of the “big” brands. The owner of this company is a true diamond and she makes me want to buy something every day as I want to support her and the team!

They also run an incredible rewards system and i’m always getting sent discount codes!

The BEST jewellery brand I have ever purchased from. Over the space of 5 months I have bought pretty much the entire store for my jewellery box and I couldn’t be more pleased. I can wear pieces in the shower and can ask the brand advice on which ones are not appropriate for the shower. My daily earring stack is all ByMehshake earrings and I have had them in for months with no discolouration and no greenness!! They have such a wide and amazing collection. Everything I have received has been amazing quality, and any issues I have had have been deal with in a fast and professional manner. Could not recommend enough, for a small business that has such high standards at such affordable prices is unheard of in this high inflation market. Love everything about this brand from the people that own it to the pieces themselves!! I got 3 custom hair claws that are such high quality!! Them gems are not moving!!
