Overall a very good experience. Jewelleru looks nice and I love the wear it. Delivery time very reasonable.

I ordered a pair of hoop earrings and initially I really liked them. They’re lightweight and comfortable, which is perfect for me as I have small ears and often find earrings painful to wear. These were one of the few pairs that didn’t cause any discomfort.

However, after only 6 months, they broke due to a very flimsy closing mechanism. For the price, I expected much better quality and durability. It’s disappointing because they had so much potential, but the construction just doesn’t hold up over time.

Overall, great comfort but let down by poor quality.

I bought a pair of 9ct Solid Gold Tiny Wide Huggies.
Unfortunately the closing mechanism on the huggies are not very strong, one broke in less than a week.

Good selection of merchandise at reasonable prices, quick delivery.

Terrible customer service to deal with I ordered a gold ring which didn’t fit it’s taking more than 2 weeks now for a refund back and forth with seol and Debenhams … avoid at all costs

I purchased the 9ct Solid Gold CZ Flower Ring which currently retails for £185 on the website and after 2 years one of the cz stones has fallen out. Contacted Seol&Gold to ask if they could replace the missing stone and they said no as they only guarantee items to last for 12 months and sent me a 20% off code. I loved the ring but I can’t justify spending another £150 on an item that is only guaranteed to last 12 months! Will have to look for investment pieces elsewhere and just stick to buying cheap items from Seol&Gold.

Pros: Shipping was fast and well packaged.

Cons: The chain and charm I ordered were coated in so much protect-a-clear that they were sticky and hazy.

After a few wears the coating on the necklace was failing and I could scrape it off with a fingernail.

It was so bad I had to strip it off with acetone….

I can also see that the pin holding the spring on the necklace clasp is not securely fixed, not sure how long it will last…

The clasp on the ball charm was also faulty and does not stay closed.

I had to order a silver jump ring myself so I could use the charm - as I could see that the jump ring was badly designed and even if I got a replacement it would likely have the same issue.

The hoop earrings were the only item out of my order that I didn’t have to do any salvage work on to make them wearable…

Beautiful 9ct gold gothic letter received with bail which fits over all my chains. Quick shipping, had it a few weeks now with no issues. Looking forward to seeing more 9ct gold pendant and charm options from this store

Now don't get me wrong,the solid gold initial alphabet letter S that i ordered came quite quickly and i thought it was just right,lovely and felt a good weight for the size,everything i expected BUT the little ring on the top of the letter is far too small to thread my chain thru...i have a solid gold oval locket on a chain and inside is a lock of my precious daughter sineads,hair..she only died a few months ago aged 44 so the letter S was so perfect and i just wanted to slip my chain thru the ring but alas its far too small so i decided to buy another gold chain, and i couldnt attach the S to that one either.So far my sister has tried it on her silver chains and so has my other daughter onto her gold chains and you just cannot attach the letter S...So i found another letter S on etsy,its not as nice or as substantial as the one ive got but it did have a gold kind of loop attatchment on the top and fits very well on my girls necklace..I thought of returning it but i think its going to cost a bit as id need to use Royal Mail and insure it soi thought id get my husband to take it to a jewellers to see if they can put it onto the necklace..ive got no idea how much thats going to cost but what else could i do because sending it back might cost nearly as much as a simple job of the jeweller attaching it..Anyway there really should be a bigger ring on the top of these alphabet initial letters then maybe i wouldnt have to write this reveiw..I do love the site on line still.

I’ve bought from Seol + Gold for years for earrings and have always found the quality to be incredibly impressive for the price point, and far better than other brands who sell similar products but at a much higher price point. Shipping is always pretty fast too, with the items packaged well!

Very unhappy with the quality of the item considering its price , bracelet bent out of shape straight away and as the metal is so flimsy no long goes back to its original shape , would not recommend purchasing
