Ordered my daughter a necklace & bracelet for her birthday, both with engraving. The bracelet never arrived and I had to message to get it sent.
The items themselves are fine but the “engraving” if you can call it that is shocking and unrecognisable.
It’s that small there is no point in getting it engraved at all. Nothing like the promotional picture, so if that is what you are basing your order off, don’t bother. I have been emailing the company since the 11th Feb, every picture I send of the necklace they state they can’t see the engraving so need another picture. I have explained over and over again that is my point, the engraving is that ridiculously small that you can’t see it!!
If you want engraved items of jewellery, honestly go elsewhere and have it done properly. It’s not worth the hassle from this place. I will be doing a charge back on my bank after getting nowhere with customer service.
Ordered an item of jewellery, it arrived and the box it was boxed in was cheap and broken, the jewellery itself was poor quality and deformed. Would never order from here again.
I cannot give it a zero. I have never been so disgusted in all my life. I bought a bracelet with a locket on it as a memorial to my mother. I have had the bracelet for a month. In the bracelet was a small lock of my mother's hair so that I could keep her close to me. Losing my mother last year is devastating and grief is hard. The bracelet links have come loose due to faulty soldering. I contacted yourselves about this and was told it was my fault that the links had come loose, also that the warranty does not cover list items. The locket is lost due to por workmanship, it would not be gone if the links had been soldered properly. My grief is inconsolably and my heart aches so much. My link to my mother has gone, and according to your customer service it is my fault!

My partner recently bought me a ring for Christmas with custom engraving. It arrived with some scratches and it didn’t look like it was in mint condition. Disappointed as we were, we then reported the issue to their customer service team.
They told us that the marks could easily be removed with a polishing cloth and then sent the ring back to us. The second time around didn’t really change much to be honest but I was happy to accept the few marks.
Since we received it back in January, I haven’t worn it once. After checking the box today, the metal was all discoloured and looked rather cheap. I must reiterate that I wore the ring for a few minutes when it was first gifted to me at Christmas (2025) and haven’t worn it since.
I’ve submitted a complaint and requesting a full refund as this isn’t good enough really. My partner paid for a quality ring but this is far from acceptable.
Obsessed with my personalised necklace! It’s stunning and feels so unique. I will be definitely ordering more.❤️

I bought a pair of stud earrings online. They are ludicrously small. The website photo gives no indication of size. I have emailed to ask how I may return them and get back my payment, but have had no reply or acknowledgment of my request.

I ordered a necklace and earring set with a special design card that was the main reason for purchasing as it made the jewellery look more special.
It arrived without the card. When I contacted them to say the presentation card was my main reason for buying this as a gift they said it was out of stock with no offer to resolve. It is still being advertised for sale with the design card with no transparency that this isn't what you get.
Received the wrong colour on a personalised item , emailed twice and no response - spoke on the phone to try and get the product sent asap , in time for the birthday but they will not send replacement £8 product without seeing a photo so now it will not arrive in time. Very disappointed.

Disappointed to say the least! Earrings bought are so tiny you can’t see what they are without a magnifying glass, very deceiving photos, awful will not recommend buying from here, these weee a 60th gift for a work colleague a waste of money as I won’t wear them and won’t get money back due to ‘hygiene’ reasons apparently. Better jewellery places are available to buy from. I emailed them so we’ll wait to see what reply I get!
Shocking company to deal with
Unfortunately I cannot leave zero or negative stars. My daughter spent her birthday money on earrings. A few months later they broke. After initially being hopeful of positive customer service after being told to send the earrings back which we did. We then fell into a case of deception. We received a message saying the earrings had not been returned in full and there were missing pieces. This was not the case the earrings were carefully packaged in a sealed envelope and then an additional postage bag. The only way any part could have been “lost” is on opening the packaging. We are now left with no repair replacement or original earrings. I will never buy from this company again and suggest that others avoid falling into the same trap.
I bought a gold necklace via the Shop app but didn't get a confirmation email from Hurley Burley. I messaged them and they responded the next day, resolved the issue and located my order, which was delivered the day after! The necklace is more delicate and beautiful than I expected and I can't wait to present it to my new daughter in law with the charm I wore on my wedding day. Excellent service.
I was unaware of this brand until I saw a radio station insta post where a couple of actors were presented with personalised St Christopher's by Hurley Burley.
Was delighted to find exactly what I was looking for on their website.
I am very disappointed with the bracelet I had engraved for my husband. The font I choose looked REALLY odd, with the date of our wedding looking like it was a mixture of numbers and letters (the 9 actually being engraved just like a g!). I had numerous emails to them sending them a photograph of the odd dating but they took no responsibility in the matter. They just kept reiterating their policy. My point is if I miss spelt something of course it would be my fault, but that wasn't the case, it was 100% their issue and a good company would have resolved this matter.
