An incredible experience with outstanding customer service. I ordered a necklace for my wife for our 1st anniversary, placed the order on 10/04 and was worried it wouldn't come by 19/04 (sunday). I emailed for an update and Eleanor very kindly upgraded my delivery to a Saturday drop at no extra cost meaning my order arrived with 2 days to spare.

Jesie was extremely helpful over email, I had questions about bracelet sizes and made an error on my order which Jesie and the team were happy to amend for me. Really appreciate the genuine care provided!

I recently had the need to contact customer services re a recent purchase. Emily responded quickly to me and very promptly resolved my issue . Her response on behalf of posh totty was professional whilst at the same time friendly and warm.

I got in touch to ask about personalisation for a piece I wanted to order for a gift. I spoke to Emily on the customer service team who was so friendly and helpful, and confirmed they were able to accommodate my request. Not only that but was super quick to get back to me and made sure to double check the info. The piece arrived today and they’ve done a sterling (ha) job, it’s beautiful and the stamping looks unique.

I had recently purchased a custom necklace for my husband as a Christmas present, which after 3 months the chain had broke.

Contacted customer service and had another chain sent out straight away and arrived within 3 days without hesitation. The service I received was brilliant and the jewellery is lovely. Would highly recommend.

I have been a Posh Totty customer for a number of years. Their pieces never disappoint. They are well made and beautifully packaged. However, what really makes a difference is their excellent customer services. I contacted PT to request for a personalised piece to be sent to me as quickly as possible so it could be shipped to another country. Unsurprisingly they delivered! Jesie has made life 10 times easier in order to sort out a ring for my best mates birthday. I tried to make it to the Brighton store on several occasions and failed to do so due to train cancellations. Jesie helped me navigate the website via email and best advised on how to proceed and complete my order.

I found the website quite difficult to use in terms of the personalisation and the bangle and as a consequence made my order with no personalisation on it. However I contacted their customer service team and liaised with Emily who was extremely helpful. She advised me on what I needed to do to return the item and reorder another. When I reordered I let her know and she checked it all to make sure I had done it correctly this time! The item arrived a few days later and is just what I wanted. Emily made the difference to my experience using this company and the products are great.

Posh Totty worked with me to address a very specific design request, and absolutely nailed what I was after. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was spot on and the piece they produced turned out exactly how I had planned it. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Exceptional service.
Bought a gift for a birthday present and unfortunately there was an issue with the suppliers that meant it couldn't be fulfilled. Despite the short notice for myself and Posh Totty, Jesie in the Customer Service team fixed everything for me and arranged for an alternative to be sent out express delivery to avoid any birthday disappointments.
I don't usually write a review but I don't usually get such fantastic service. I will definitely buy again.

What a fabulous jeweller!

I have the most beautiful confetti gold ring personalised with the birthstones of my family.

I had an accident and one of the gems fell out. I contacted Eleanor and she arranged prepaid postage and shipped it back fixed and polished like new within a week.

Suffice to say, I am delighted.

I bought two jewellery charms from Posh Totty Designs and had an issue with them falling off the jump rings when attached to my existing bracelet. I contacted customer service and Emily was incredibly helpful.
She arranged for me to send them back along with my bracelet so they could fit solid jump rings and ensure a secure fit. The whole process was quick with great communication from Emily throughout.
Highly recommend!

Very easy website to use. Was a discrepancy with my address that was sorted very quickly and delivery was faster then expected

I bought a necklace many years ago and hoped to have it updated with a new engraving. I couldn't believe my luck when I found the shop was still trading as so many businesses have disappeared - within a matter of days I had a new engraved charm and necklace polished and posted back to me securely.
Lovely to deal with Jesie again and can't recommend this business highly enough.

My wife was given a silver pendant and chain for Christmas which was bought online. On a subsequent visit to the Brighton shop she purchased an additional chain of a different size. My wife then decided not to have the extra silver chain and tried to return the item to the shop on her next visit. Unfortunately the shop was closed, and so after contacting the shop by email we decided to return the item for a full refund by free post. The refund has now been received. Throughout the customer service team, led by Emily, were excellent.

I purchased a wonderful (& personalised) sterling silver necklace for Christmas from this company & my wife (the recipient) wears it daily & has received no end of compliments on it & its finish. Sadly there was a slight issue with the chain resulting in me having to contacting customer services. I was luckily enough to speak with Eleanor at the company who has provided me with what I can honestly say is the best customer support I can recall from any firm large or small. I can recommend this business without hesitation & will no doubt purchase from them in the future. I can't praise them enough for quality & customer service. Thank you

I have purchased a few items for Posh Totty and found them to be fabulous...Firstly their products are creative and unique and make a truly special gift, but their service is second to none. I recently ordered a gift and then had an question regarding the right time to make and personalise...Eleanor was so very helpful. I realise i had purchased too early so was immediately given a refund and Posh Totty made a note of the purchase so i can reorder at the right time. A refreshing change to deal with a company that care as much after purchase as well as before. Thank you

Unfortunately the pendant I received for the “Personalised Kintsugi Disc Necklace” did not match the picture shown on the website. The product looked quite different from the image provided.

I have contacted customer service and hope to resolve the issue.
