Having purchased the Chunky Rose Quartz T-Bar Bracelet I found myself having to contact customer service to request a replacement after it broke within a couple of days. I would say there was likely a slight fault with the bracelet as I have other Estella Bartlett products and they are all excellent quality. The Customer Service Team were fantastic and efficient in their response and had a replacement on order for me the same day.

Both these bracelets arrived within 3 days of me purchasing them, and wearing them has given me great comfort during this difficult time. Very reasonably priced and of very high quality.

Love EB jewellery. I experienced my first issue - a stone fell out of my bracelet - and a replacement and free return of the damaged item were arranged within a couple of days. Very happy customer!

Bought a necklace before Christmas. Unfortunately it had a faulty clasp, which can happen. I took pictures and emailed customer service. I have my replacement delivered and wearing today. Very responsive company thank you. Also I really like the necklace 😍

Returns are difficult and not free.
You have to print out the return form, and write all the information by hand. Really? And then you have to post the package yourself and pay for it.
Designed to make you not bother.
Quality is so-so. The plating on the jewellery wears off, while the jewllery boxes are made of cheap materials and smell very plasticky.
I do however like the style of their jewellery, but will order from other providers like John Lewis in the future.

After purchasing a product that had a slight defect I contacted the company. Marianna dealt with me via email, Marianna was very prompt with her reply’s and helped resolve the issue with few different options. I had a slight issue when ordering replacement products, but Marianna was on hand to rectify my issue.
Got to admit the costumer service has been outstanding, prompt and very helpful.

Dont buy anything with a thin chain! Bought the star bracelet, broke after 2 wears. Good customer service however, couldn’t give me a refund but gave me a store voucher, but to buy another item, I had to pay full postage. Not worth it in my opinion, would stick to earrings from this website.

Couldn’t be happier with the customer support I received from Riju today. I have a pair of earrings that are faulty so I emailed the team to see if they could help me in anyway.
Riju sent me a video on how to fix the earrings. When this did not work Riju has sent me a replacement pair with no issue. Great service - love the jewellery. Will definitely stick with this brand when buying in future

I bought some very pretty earrings for a friend for Christmas but sadly one of the gems fell out. I contacted them and they were very apologetic and instantly offered to send a replacement pair directly to my friend. Really impressed with their customer service!

I bought my daughter some earring for Christmas which tarnished within the week, after contacting EB their customer service contacted me and without hesitation by the end of the day a replacement pair was on its way to me. Really apologetic but friendly email. Really impressive I will definitely shop with them again.

I have just had the parcel from Royal Mail dumped on my doorstep. The courier did not ring the doorbell and the packaging was visibly damaged.
The contents are intact, however, I paid for gift packaging and received three bags three cards and tissue. As you will see from the photograph the bags are not big enough for one of the items and barely big enough for one of the other. I must say I expected the gifts to have been gift wrapped having paid £1.99 for each one. In the circumstances, I will request a refund for the gift packaging.
The reply from Estella Bartlett is not really helpful. If they know that Royal Mail is not a reliable courier why do they use them? The only people that suffer from that relationship is the customer. I have still not received the order and it is now 15:37 6 days after the order. Still disappointed.
Disappointing first experience. I placed an order on the 16th December with delivery specified as 3-5 days. It has now been 6 days and the parcel has not arrived. I have had no reply from this company following my enquiry. I am disappointed as I wanted this gift for a relative who is leaving the country in the next few days.
