Refuse to take back the untouched slabs
I purchased slightly more slabs from BGP due to a miscalculation. Upon delivery, one slab arrived in a full pack, while the second pack was not full and was delivered loose. I have some unused slabs from that loose pack, but BGP is refusing to take them back. My concern is that if the slabs were delivered loose, they should be able to be returned in the same manner. I cannot dispose of them or give them away, as they are worth over £300. I am not satisfied with the service and recommend caution if you decide to buy from them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction regarding our return policy.
I’ve reviewed your case and can see that you took delivery of your paving in June and contacted us in August, after completing your patio, to return 13 tiles that were no longer required. As outlined in our terms and conditions on the website, we do not accept returns for split packs or individual tiles. Only full, unopened packs in sellable condition are eligible for a refund within the return period, and the customer is responsible for the delivery charges for any returns.
It’s common to have some tiles left over after a project, as it’s always better to have a little extra to ensure you can complete the installation without delays. We typically recommend keeping a few spares on hand for future repairs or maintenance. Any remaining tiles can be resold on online marketplaces, where they’re often in demand.
Unfortunately, as stated in our policies, we don’t offer a buyback service or accept returns for over-ordered products. We understand this may be disappointing, but these measures help us maintain the quality and reliability of our supply service.
We hope this helps clarify our policy, and we appreciate your understanding. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Excellent service. The paving was delivered on time but unfortunately the pallet had broken along with lots of the stones. A quick call to the company the next day and a new delivery quickly sent.

The process was so easy..
The order and delivery process was so easy. Guidance was offered and a friendly email updating me of the progress. One slab was chipped so an extra one was added before delivery without any fuss and without me even realising. Great company.
