The delivery was dumped on the road and…
The delivery was dumped on the road and left as there was only a manual pallet truck to offload my delivery. You would think delivering orders of this size/weight daily that you would at least have the equipment to drop into the property.
Only took me 5 trips back and forth with a wheel barrow after work. Thanks.

We want to clarify that, as mentioned in our delivery information on the website, our deliveries are made via a third-party courier using a manual pump truck. This means that the delivery is typically made to the roadside, and it's at the driver's discretion, in agreement with the customer, whether they can take the pallet further, such as onto the driveway. However, as a precaution, we cannot be liable for any potential damage to property or products if this is done.
After reviewing your delivery details, we noticed that your property is a terraced house, which may limit access. In this case, the roadside is the most suitable and safe place for delivery, given the constraints of the area.

Really impressed with the service from start to finish. From ordering the sample to the delivery of 2 full packs of large porcelain tiles. Can't fault the packing of the two full pallets of tiles. More wrapping and protection than a present prepped for a game of pass the parcel 🤗. Each tile also wrapped in its own cardboard. Think most bad reviews are from split packs but most tile places advise you to order full rather than split due to the chance of damage

If I were you I wouldn't bother....
I would love to be able to attach pictures!!
Ordered some setts. Delivery was on a pallet and the delivery box showed serious signs of wear. We were a bit put off but accepted delivery nonetheless.
On opening the majority of the cobble setts were chipped on the edges. The sample (when we requested it a second time as the first never arrived) was pristine. How strange ...

Disappointing after sales service
Bought a split pack of 20 900x600 porcelain tiles from this company. No problem with the service and they were delivered the following week. I ordered exactly what I required for the project as there was no tile cutting needed. The top 19 tiles were fine but when we got to the last one it was completely shattered. I sent a photo of the damage to the company expecting that they would replace the broken tile. However I was advised that under their T&Cs this was not the case. The best they could offer was for me to order 3 or 4 more tiles (when only 1 was required) and they would not take any responsibility for these tiles to be delivered intact! All this would be at a cost of nearly 40% of my original order which is completely outrageous!

Great communication and quality product
Great communication and great quality slabs. Only thing to be mindful is you need to check the slabs asap and they wont offer replacements unless there is more than 10% breakages.
Couldn't fault the service and or the product, our landscapes said they were good to work with.

Brilliant!! Tiles were as they were shown in photos, delivered on time with a helpful delivery driver and only one tile broken! Each tile boxed and protectors on corners. Really impressed ill be recommending you to everyone!

The whole process was seamless
The whole process was seamless. The price was amazing and the delivery driver was so good. I was expecting them to be delivered on the end of drive and then have to move them by hand but the driver was brilliant and put them down the bottom, saving me hours of heavy work. I will be recommending them for service and price.
