Never had a issues, deliveries on time and great quality meat.

I love Butcher box. I have used it local and for my traveling college student! Super easy to work with and trust the meat. They have won several awards for their meat and service. Check them out!

The selections are outstanding! The packaging keeps the items fresh and frozen. The fact that the meats are hormone free and anti-biotic free is a plus!

Meat is always frozen at delivery. Comes within 3 days of ordering. The meat and seafood are phenomenal.

I've ordered ButcherBox every 4-6 weeks since the pandemic. It has been my trusted source for steak, chicken and ribs. I've also ordered gulf shrimp and lobster. Everything has always been very good. The few issues I've had with them in 6 years were taken care of immediately.

I’ve been a member since 2020 and I recommend it to all my family and friends. Quality products and great service!

Overall quality and selection is Excellent. Reasonable pricing for quality meats!
I give 4 stars because of two factors. One, the cuts of single serve meats, such as the filets are very inconsistent. One may be thinner and wider, while the other is a good thickness. Filets Mignon is much better as a dense cut.
Second, I would like to see the "source" for your products, i.e. USA or imported, regenerative private ranchers/farmers, etc.

Restaurant quality. Large portions. Menu recommendations are great. Customer service is on point. Sale deals are top notch. Fast and efficient website, shipping, delivery. Add in the free-bes and supporting farmers! This is the best.
Lastly, the cost is unbeatable.

Wish there was a 4 1/2 star review as I do have a small % of issues. I've been with B Box for over 4 years and on the whole would rate it 5 stars. 1 x where beef cut was tuff and 1 x where 3lbs of chicken wasn't 3lbs. They made good on the chicken by sending replacement. I didn't report the beef. I've never had issue w/leakage, unfrozen, missed items, late delivery or mix up. I find their website easy to manuver and like the option of how often and what choices I can make for my every 2 mo. delivery. Draw backs: Hard to get to C Serv. when you have ?? or problem. They don't always have the answer to ??s and Mgmt. C Serv. doesn't alway call back when a request is made to get some1 who can answer. My biggest issue at this time is I can't trace the origin of products I buy. There is Certification by various entites, but not alway on the individual meat packages, only stated on website. I would strongly suggest (if I ever get to the right person) that B Box have more transparency on where (as in the particular farms/ranches) the different cuts of beef, pork, chicken and fish come from.

BRUTAL! Meat is horrible quality, box came smashed, and they forgot half of our order. Good luck getting in touch with a lvie agent too. They have such high volume your just going to have to call the bank and do a chargeback... Would not reccomend. for $180/Month, you get about $10 worth of products. RUN.

We love butcher box. I have not purchased meat in a grocery store for over 15 years.I live in a rural community and have nice options at butcher shops but was looking for a good source for chicken and pork. Butcher box products are above and beyond with high quality meat seafood and other products. I have been receiving boxes for over 4 years and have recommended them to several family and friends. Too notch company!!

The meat was good it was just too expensive for me.

I actually love the product. The customer service is awful. I canceled because they did not follow through on their promise of free steak . T]in August I decided to accept their dime back offer of free steak and bacon for life. I haven’t got my package yet but the order does not show the free products. When I reach out to customermservice they want a screen shot of the offer….like they don’t know what they sent. They make it too difficult to resolve an issue. MIT shouldn’t be that hard.

This was my first ButcherBox delivery, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The delivery was delayed, and when the box finally arrived, there was no ice pack or dry ice remaining whatsoever. The temperatures of the meat were questionable, and I was not comfortable keeping the salmon, so I discarded it.
I contacted customer service because I wanted to understand what had happened and whether this was an isolated packing/shipping issue or something I should expect with future deliveries. I was willing to give the initial delivery problem the benefit of the doubt, since I understand that carriers are outside of ButcherBox's direct control.
Unfortunately, the subsequent customer service response was extremely disappointing. The representative responded as though my concern was about leaking packages, even though I had never reported a leak. He then provided an explanation about packaging leaks and asked whether I had retrieved the box on the day it was delivered—despite the entire issue originating from the fact that the delivery itself had already been delayed.
At that point, I no longer felt like my actual concerns were being addressed.
The meat quality and overall experience simply aren't good enough to justify remaining with a company when there is such a poor ability to understand and resolve a fairly straightforward customer issue. I wasn't expecting perfection, but I was expecting the company to listen, acknowledge what actually happened, and provide a meaningful resolution.
Unfortunately, my first experience with ButcherBox was enough for me to cancel my subscription.

Quality of the meats are top notch. Prices are reasonable value.
